Made appointment for my 150 to get the tailgate recall fixed!! Had them make sure they had the parts. Appointment was fine & job was suppose to take approx 2hrs. After about 1&1/2 hrs went out to the lo fixed!! Had them make sure they had the parts. Appointment was fine & job was suppose to take approx 2hrs. After about 1&1/2 hrs went out to the lot & noticed my truck sitting outside. Evidently they had the wrong part & had to get it from another dealership. Mike was helpful in finding out what happened however it was frustrating !! More

Wouldnt tell me the exact date my car would be finished and ended up having it for 2 months. Once my car was ready, they decided to rush me to go and get it after keeping it for 2 months and giving me a ha and ended up having it for 2 months.
