Scheduled appointment and arrived on time. Mike Service Advisor came out to car and was very friendly told him wanted oil change along with the recall that was scheduled. Cleaner came through when I had been there for about an hr and briefly cleaned down some surfaces, leaving a table with coffee cup uncleaned. This is new so its understandable that training is still being done. While some effort was there it was apparent the cleaner did not have appropriate direction. While it may make little impact on the actual risk, what it demonstrates is Walker cares and shows staff is sensitive to all sides of the issue but will err on the side of containment. Only some staff wore face coverings.. ok but one woman was in and out through the wait area several times during my time there.. the mask is not for you... its for the at risk customer who may be elderly or have a risk. I would probably not visit the waiting room next time, opt for waiting outside where I have more control. THanks for reading. More
