I found Walker Ford service dept very knowledgible and helpful when I came to service the Stop-Start function in my Ford Escape. When battery low the system stops pulling power to use that function. We re helpful when I came to service the Stop-Start function in my Ford Escape. When battery low the system stops pulling power to use that function. We replaced battery and all is well. Douglas Wilder was very helpful. I didn't have an appointment but he took me in and did an oil change plus he told me that I was due for fluid changes. He went the extra mile and looked up the histor appointment but he took me in and did an oil change plus he told me that I was due for fluid changes.
