Very attentive and professional.Nice lobby. I made an appointment for an airbag recall but when I went there they didn't have the part. I bought a part for the inside door handle and they were going to c appointment for an airbag recall but when I went there they didn't have the part. I bought a part for the inside door handle and they were going to charge $100.00 to put it in. The part was $50.00 but I ended up ordering the same part online for $10.99. I installed the part with a YouTube video and it only took 10 minutes. I am not even mechanically inclined. Again nice place and nice people but I question the pricing for future service. I took the part back for a refund and made an appointment again to get the airbag replaced. They said they would call me when the part came in but I had to follow up myself 2 weeks later to find that the part is now in stock. More

Car dropped off at 7am for an oil change and an open recall. I called at 12pm and the car wasn’t even started. Shuttle service was offered to me at which point I obliged. I asked for a 3pm pickup. By 41 recall. I called at 12pm and the car wasn’t even started. Shuttle service was offered to me at which point I obliged. I asked for a 3pm pickup. By 415pm I called the dealership and the driver was another 15-20 minutes out. I decided to walk as it would be faster and I had to be somewhere by 5pm. The shuttle service should be advertised with a range verbiage, perhaps a 3-5pm range etc. Paperwork in car didn’t discuss any of the issues with car. No paperwork regarding the tire rotations etc. I arrived at dealership at 7:05am—lights off and no customer service folks but one chick balancing her childcare while working. If you advertise a 7am opening ALL the employees should be on time and the lights should be on PRIOR TO OPENING. It really showed a lot of unprofessionalism by Walker Ford More

The young man did not have a Mask On, I have no idea what your policy is but I saw a sign that Mask will be warn ..The young man was also looking Down At his phone for directions and texting Back-and-forth with your dispatch 4 the next pick up line. At 1 time I held one phone so he could dial the other while driving To call the next pick up. The way the world is today I think you better update your policy about mask, And followed through and make sure people are wearing them. Another gentleman asked the young man if he had his shots and he said no. I thought if you don't have your shot you should be wearing a mask. I don't want anything to happen to the young man who did a nice job besides all that of the stuff. He should be educated About safe driving And providing a clean and and safe environment With The vehicle He is using the transport customers.
