Raymundo Lopez guided me through the trade-in inspection and the new vehicle deal over text and phone in a way that was clear and satisfying. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was handled smoothly and without any changes—something I had never experienced before. In the past, I was always met with different prices or tricks once I arrived, but this time was completely different. There was one issue: the vehicle I wanted was missing a feature. I was very confused, but Lopez quickly offered a remote solution, and everything was resolved successfully. Jamie R. stayed until 9 p.m. to finalize everything and even arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to my home the next day, despite the distance of over 70 miles.
