Adam Garcia and staff were awesome. The Mercedes dealership in Riverside is the only local dealer that services the Mercedes RV's. We made the appointment and notified them that we woul The Mercedes dealership in Riverside is the only local dealer that services the Mercedes RV's. Average I waited nearly 30 minutes in my car for a consultant to come take my case. I had an appointment but was 15 minutes early. The greeting lady walked back to me three times letting me know that someone would be with me shortly... I waited over 3 hours to get the software updated in my car. More
