The seat levers has a chrome plating that was peeling. I only use my Mercedes recreationally, it is always garaged and I rarely have anyone in the backseats. Still the chrome had peeled. JR assisted me when dealing with the corporate office. When they did not return calls and closed out my request for assistance, JR handled the matter internally with Mercedes-Benz Walther's of Riverside. Next Mercedes...definitely Walter's due the service JR and the rest of the staff continue to provide. More
