First and foremost, I would like to thank Chris Rios. He was a very pleasant and professional salesperson. Never once did he attempt pressure me into a hasty or poor decision based on his sales goal. He let us test drive multiple vehicles and presented us with multiple financing and lease options. In the end, we found what was best for us and we purchased a very well appointed new vehicle. I would also like to bright-line his sales manager and the finance manager. Once we made our decision the process moved along very fast. Moreover, they gave us top dollar for our trade! The facility was clean and they had many ways to make a customer comfortable. Snacks, beverages, climate control, and comfortable seating. I shall return to Walters, with this kind of service and price you can’t go wrong. More
