Pleasantly Surprised The lease on my Honda was up and after visiting Subaru, Nissan and then lastly Mazda, I ultimately chose the Mazda CX-5 and couldn’t be more pleased. The car is fun and sporty to drive, while still getting top safety ratings...it’s no wonder I’ve been seeing them all over the place lately. It offers so much more than I had in my Honda; it feels like I’m driving a luxury car. Victor and Phil, who were both fantastic, helped me every step of the way. They’re funny, knowledgeable, and were overly accommodating- whether offering my kids munchkins or helping when my Honda’s windshield got cracked the same day we were supposed to be trading it in. Top Notch Service Everytime Scheduled my service appointment for my CX-5 on a Saturday. I work Saturdays and Craig Rotter my service agent was able to get me a loaner car. He arr Scheduled my service appointment for my CX-5 on a Saturday. I work Saturdays and Craig Rotter my service agent was able to get me a loaner car. He arranged for a Friday afternoon drop off and had my loaner car ready to go. He called me Saturday to let me know my car was done. I picked up my CX-5 ,dropped off my loaner and was on my way. On Monday I got a call from Gary Gavin letting me know I had left my handicap permit in the loaner. No doubt saving me from a headache and ticket since I hadnt realized. The other dealers we went to did alot of "okay-we-can-sell-at-this-price", but all those agreements were NOT written on paper. Joe was very transparent about the pricing of the vehicle and gave myself and my father a great deal. I am very happy with my Mazda 3, and I am definitely recommend this dealership to others who are looking for a Mazda. Ask for Joe! More
