The dealership itself is fantastic. I can't say that I had a pleasant experience in the service department this time. My original two appointments were cancelled due to weather, though nobody ever called had a pleasant experience in the service department this time. I dropped my vehicle off for a headlamp and oil change at 830am. I still hasn't heard about the status of my vehicle by 5pm, when I told them I needed to pick it up. I understand the $500 headlamp replacement, even though that is totally outrageous. I bought a replacement tail light almost 3 weeks ago that was ordered and paid for there, I've still never heard from them about it arriving or getting it installed. This will be the last time I service my vehicle there. I even purchased the vehicle there. Totally disappointed. More

Took my car in due to service engine light going off. They checked it out but needed to make sure my insurance would cover most of it. Was able to drive my car until things were clear to go. Always a delight to be immediately welcomed by cheerful workers as if I were their only customer. Comfortable and clean waiting room. During pandemic, so everything was wiped down with sanitizer and handled with gloves. Estimated cost for new tires in couple months plus offer for me to compare at other shops.
