I'll start by saying that the initial process was pretty smooth and no pressure. Which was nice. 1 star because they ran my credit without my permission (i brought my own financing and specifically did smooth and no pressure. Which was nice. 1 star because they ran my credit without my permission (i brought my own financing and specifically did not sign their credit documents and told them i did not want my credit ran). Then when i made an issue of it because it's technically fraud on thier end, Ben gave me a lip service about an oil change a full tank of gas for my trouble. Later down the process after everything was signed i found out that comes standard. If they had not ran my credit without my permission this would have been 5 stars. If Ben hadn't given me a lip service and they ran the credit it would have been 3 stars. Ultimately i left there feeling used and dirty. I honestly don't know how long we will keep this car because of the bad taste it now has in my mouth . More
