Mary Margaret McGowan is responsive, friendly, and professional. She has helped me with many new Lexus’ since the early 1990’s. Joey Broussard was absolutely amazing despite everything that went wrong. He was patient with me through the whole process and made sure everything that went wrong became right. There were issues with the s that went wrong. He was patient with me through the whole process and made sure everything that went wrong became right. There were issues with the sale when it came with manufacturer faults but Joey made sure they were corrected. He even made sure the car got delivered to me since I came in from out of town! I'd definitely recommend Joey for any sale. On the other hand, for every good there's a bad to balance it. Ben Stephens, the sales manager, was not very good at communicating during negotiation. Dom Thornton, the finance manager, is very nice and has a bubbly personality but does not follow up with customer requests. I've been driving luxury cars since 2008 and hopefully this sale experience was just a fluke (which I understand happens). But I will say that no matter the circumstance, Joey was very helpful and will made sure I was satisfied. If you go to Westside Lexus, please look him up! More
