The service is quick without feeling rushed. The waiting facilities are very comfortable. One time I was there getting new tires and the power went out for over an hour. The manager came out often to check on the waiting customers, apologized (even though Wilde had nothing to do with the outage) and took significant amounts off our bills to compensate us for the inconvenience. I give the service department the highest possible rating. More
