She made sure everything was to our liking and had the car detailed and ready to go when we got there. The only negative that we experienced was the super hard sell of "extras" once we got into the financing part of it. My husband had to sign 4 different documents stating he was declining purchasing their extended warranty. What should have taken 15minutes to complete, took about 45 because the finance guy was trying really hard to sell us a variety of add-ons like gap insurance and scotch-guarding. Overall though, the experience was one of the best I have gone through buying a car, and the people and facilities there are amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them in the future. More

But Cheryl Romo stepped up and took ownership of my noisy starter problem. She listened, she explained and she made commitments she knew she could follow through on. The result is one very, very happy Wild customer, me. I owned a computer store for twelve years. If all my employees were Cheryl Romos I would still be in that business today.
