Worth the wait I received my new Pilot and I couldn't be happier with it. So far it''s been everything I was hoping (and waiting) for. Scott Jensen was wonderful t I received my new Pilot and I couldn't be happier with it. So far it''s been everything I was hoping (and waiting) for. Scott Jensen was wonderful to work with too. He spent time explaining all of the different available features to help me decide which was the right one for me. Also, this purchase was so different from other experiences that I've had and the other dealerships that I visited. Scott was patient, knowledgeable, honest and even funny.....crazy to say but, I really enjoyed being at the dealership. He even ran it through the carwash himself when I stopped in with question this week....and I didn't even think it was dirty. :) Bravo to you Wilde for providing such a different experience for the customer. Better experience than I'd hoped for I purchase a vehicle every 10 years or so; I hate shopping for a car. I was pleasantly surprised at Wilde Honda East Towne. I found Veli to be extreme I purchase a vehicle every 10 years or so; I hate shopping for a car. I was pleasantly surprised at Wilde Honda East Towne. I found Veli to be extremely knowledgeable about the CR-Vs I was considering. He was not intimidated at all by the notes I took on test drives or by all my questions! My only complaint is that Detailing could've been better. I realize it is a used car, but I feel the interior could've been cleaned a little better. Also, I found the previous owner's paperwork in the glove box w/the owner's manual. Makes me wonder how well it was gone over in the intake process. Overall, I'm pleased w/the vehicle and confident, that w/Veli's help, I made a great choice for my family. Well done! More

When it came to the paperwork Brent was also very helpful explaining the process, what to do with insurance and helped me decide the best route for me.
