A nice facility. People are friendly. Inconsistent diagnosis with my car. One time everything is fine, the next, it is much worse. The next time it is fine again. I h People are friendly. Even scheduled an appt and was told it wasn't needed after it was. Also, wish there was more communication when car is dropped off. I always have to call for an update. The loaner cars are nice. I keep coming back because of that and the free tire rotation if you buy tires there. Right now they are scheduling far out. I am sure it is due to staffing like most places. More

Darius was very nice and helpful. It seemed like the service dept. was understaffed though since Darius was multitasking and there didn't seem to be anyone else around. Unfortunately, our services were not done the day we expected them to be. Thankfully, we were given a loaner car so that we were not without a vehicle.
