My 21-year-old car had finally had so it was time to grab something new. I had been eyeing up a Corolla hatchback for months and finally decided to reach out. Wilde is close to home and it was where my mother-in-law and my wife had previously purchased cars. I had found a car that had Peaked my interest on Sunday and sent a message via the Wilde Toyota website. The next day Amanda has contacted me. She was very responsive and and provided the information requested in a timely manner. An appointment was set for that same day to go look at a vehicle. Thanks Amanda! That evening I arrived and Amanda was no longer there for the day so Thom stepped up to help. Thom was great and very personable. It was as if buying a car from an old friend, very laid back and no pressure. Thank you Thom! Ian was the man behind the scenes that made it possible for me to roll home in a new Corolla that very night. He was able to expedite the information and rebates to have everything set that made that possible. Otherwise, it would have been a three to five day wait. Thank you Ian! He took the time to personally thank me for my purchase. Thank you Ian! Waquas, or ‘Q’ as he was referred to was the finance guy. He was patient as we negotiated and it was very late in the evening. He was able to give a deal on the coverage package I felt was fair and explained everything well. Thank you ‘Q’! We just took delivery of our 6th car from Wilde Toyota and we will continue to do so mainly because of the people who work there. Dan McDonald our new car salesperson, started helping us back in 2009 when we purchase our first Camry. Dan explained all the differences between the models and made selecting the first Camry a breeze. My wife and I truly enjoy working with Dan over the years because he takes the time to understand our needs and then helps us narrow down the best vehicle to match those needs. So much so, that when I needed a new vehicle that same year, I did not hesitate to pick up the phone and set up a time to meet with Dan. I would like to also include Ian Johnson from the management team, who was involved in all the purchases and was there to work out the final details on each of them. Both Dan and Ian help take the sting out of buying a new car and made it not such a task. This last car we met Phil Lo from the finance department and he made what generally is a tedious step a quick and efficient one, how refreshing. Simply put, everyone knows their stuff, so why go anywhere else is our feeling! In addition, if you are looking to get your Toyota serviced, we have also enjoyed working with Scott Berthelsen over the years. He is the other reason we just keep coming back to Wilde Toyota. More

We had a great experience searching and finding a great car. Don was very knowledgeable and the inventory selection was so much better than any other dealership we had looked at previously. The car purchasing process went smooth and we are really happy with the vehicle and price we ended up getting. We love the car Now with the business / finance department we had the exact opposite experience than we did with Don. Dealt with two different people and both of our dealings were disappointed. Both were abrupt and short and lacked any sort of customer service. We came into the dealership with outside financing secured at a very good rate and told them if they couldn't match it we would just use the outside financing. Not sure if that was the reason or if it just how they do business but they came off as trying to be slick and telling half truths. Luckily we called our outside finance service during our time at the dealership to confirm what the finance people recommended was actually in our best interest. It definitely was not and at that point I lost all trust in their dealership. We have purchased vehicles from 5 different dealerships over the years and this was by far the most difficult experience we had with a finance department. If you are using outside financing I would not recommend using Wilde if you want things to go smooth and easy. Once they found out we were staying with the outside financing it became a real struggle. Unlike the other dealerships we have worked with they would not accept the outside financing process that we have used multiple times and were told we would need to come back a different day with the check from the financing company as they would not accept an ACH or wire transfer. When we came back they made us wait for an hour while we could see and hear them just sitting around talking. They then took us to the back to fill out the paper work. At which point we returned to the sales desk and once again waited again. Finally the sales man said is there something more they need you to sign? I said I don't know the finance guy walked out the front door about 30 min ago. Luckily Don went to check on it and he grabbed the paper work and off we went. Happy for our new car. Only for two days later for a UPS package to show up saying they forgot to have us sign all the papers so we signed the papers and had to take off work again to get to the UPS store prior to close. Can't say I would recommend every dealing with their business office again. More
I LIKES THE SALES GUY BUT THE FINANCE IS TERRIBLE DOUBLE THE INTEREST RATE AND THE FINANCE GUY IS A REAL JERK . FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH A CREDIT UNION OR BANK YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER. After having a bad experience at another dealer, me and my fiancé came here. We were surprised by how nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating Jordan was. I was back in the next day to find my phone with my my fiancé came here. We were surprised by how nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating Jordan was. I was back in the next day to find my phone with my mom. Even though he was busy getting a car ready for another customer, he helped me find my phone and even helped my mom pick a car she liked that she is a few years out on buying. The whole experience was amazing and every question my parents or I asked, both Jordan and Phil took the time to not only answer the question but make sure we understood. I am very impressed and thankful to both Jordan and Phil. It speaks a lot when you have multiple people coming up to you to make sure you are being helped. Everyone was so inviting and nice. I have worked so many years in customer service, so has both of my parents, and I was impressed by the level to which this store achieved the great customer service it has.
