Caring and Supportive My sales guy was really patience with me while I studied and questioned a lot about the vehicle I wanted. It took me a month to finally commit. Buying the vehicle was a very very long process, which is why I only gave it 4 Stars overall. I spent an entire day there waiting to finish paperwork and financing. I guess I wasn’t expecting that. Everyone there were genuinely apologetic and tried to make me comfortable. They had an ice bar that looked fantastic. I can’t eat ice cream but I thought that was really cool. They understood my budget and got me what I considered, a great deal. I was never lied to or hassled. Since I got a Honda I’ll probably have it for a long time, but my husband will be going there for his next vehicle. Next time we will expect to be there for 6 hours. More
