Disappointing I was there for an oil change, and waited in the lobby for the work to be done.... ..All was fine, until I received the invoice of the service work pe I was there for an oil change, and waited in the lobby for the work to be done.... ..All was fine, until I received the invoice of the service work performed....The invoice stated that I was informed by the service tech, that I needed a cabin filter and i had declined the service.....However, NO ONE informed me of this, at anytime, while I was there......I did not appreciate this, because if I actually had been informed, I would have had the additional work performed....At that point, I didn't want to wait another hour after my vehicle had already returned to the front for pickup......Disappointing. More
