Great Customer Service!!! Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They gave me a time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. The cars were out the door lined up for service. Honda Service Department is the best! They always take care of you in a timely manner and call and check on you the next day to see if you received excellent service! Which I always do!!! More

Don't call if the car's not ready I got TWO calls within 10 minutes of each other, telling me my car was ready (after an oil change), and the second caller even said my key was a the c I got TWO calls within 10 minutes of each other, telling me my car was ready (after an oil change), and the second caller even said my key was a the customer service desk. I arrived approximately 15 minutes after the second call was made. My papers and key were not at the service desk, and finally after two pages calling for Erin, my key and papers were brought to the desk. Roughly 30 minutes after I got the first call that my car was ready, the papers and key finally made it to the customer service desk. Apparently I wasn't the first customer this had happened to. This issue needs to be addressed. The ladies assert the customer service desk, who do an excellent job, are tired of this because they feel it "makes use look stupid". It's not their fault. They can only give us our key when they get it. More
