Went in for an oil change. Got upsold to a full service 3000 miles ahead of schedule. Had to return to have them get some leaves out of the AC blower. Normally change my own air filters and haven’t had this happen. Staff are pleasant, surroundings are nice , service is expensive, attention to details by technicians seems quite low. Had an $1100 wing mirror replacement and the new one has gaps where the case is not closed properly. More

Dexter Alexander is the best service rep you have. I trust him completely. However, I was in a week ago for an oil change. My summary show everything was fine except I needed a new air filter. But les I trust him completely. However, I was in a week ago for an oil change. My summary show everything was fine except I needed a new air filter. But less than a week later my tire light came on. I drove to Wolfchase Honda where indeed one tire had low pressure showing me the tires were not checked. That shouldn’t have happened if the tires were checked and air added. So not I’m not sure I believe my brakes, and other things were checked. I want to trust your techs. That wasn’t Dexters fault. He and people can only trust what we are told. I won’t take my CRV anywhere else but you. Please check your techs to make sure they are completing the job. This is my second CRV. I love my car and Wolfchase Honda. Thank you. More
