Just returned after helping a family member purchase a used vehicle. Made contact with Corey Wallender yesterday regarding this family member being interested in a few Nissan Rogues. Corey provided quick used vehicle. Made contact with Corey Wallender yesterday regarding this family member being interested in a few Nissan Rogues. Corey provided quick response time in checking in to the availability of what they wanted. He was very accommodating and understanding of the buyer's credit situation. We made it into the dealership today as with my sales background I was providing moral support. Corey made a great first impression and ensured all our needs were being met while the buyer went the application process. The positive experience accelerated when we met Dan, the finance manager. Everyone discovered they had a lot of interests in common and this made for a very low pressure process. Hit a few hiccups along the paperwork process, but Corey and subsequently Dan made for a very easy transition. As I said earlier, the buyer had a less than perfect credit file, but both Corey and Dan advocated for us and ensured us they would make sure the payment would keep them in a good financial situation going forward. We are excited for the 2018 Nissan Rogue. The buyer is glad that this will improve their credit situation over time. Hands down, the best experience buying a car any of us has ever encountered!!!
