Management displays unwillingness to logistically help the customer, home delivery is a false promise, and the general lack of trust is immense. Guaranteed bank checks are not accepted here without a litany of hoops, both because they don’t trust you and because they’d rather you finance in house to bump their profit. They lost my title paperwork and had nightmares with them trying to find it, when I tried to communicate with the dealer that they fudged my paperwork they hung up on me and would not correct their mistake. Didn’t get a title (on a car that wasn’t financed with them) for 6 months. Frank is the efficient, knowledgeable and friendly go-to guy. That’s all they have to offer. Karl in management is the root cause of this poor experience. More

I had leased my last 3 vehicles from a different manufacturer and had not gone through the search and purchase process for over 15 years. I was also downsizing from a full size van, so my options w manufacturer and had not gone through the search and purchase process for over 15 years. I was also downsizing from a full size van, so my options were many. I had narrowed it down to 3 makes of vehicles from 3 different dealerships, one of those being the Nissan Rogue. Brenton Spear happened to be standing outside the front door as I arrived, so with timing being everything in this world, he would be the one dealing with someone dreading this whole process. I showed him what I had, somewhat explained what I wanted and did not want, and informed him that I had no idea if I would be buying a Nissan. I was struggling with having less room and knew that I would gain many new features, but also lose some I had grown accustomed to over the past 9 years. Brenton was very non-aggressive and let me go through the stressful phases of buying a new car, especially from a dealership I had never dealt with, losing some things I liked about my current vehicle, not to mention how much the cost had increased the past 3 years. Within an hour, I had worked through the roller coaster in my mind and knew Younger Nissan and Brenton was the right place and right person. As far as the car itself, Brenton was quite knowledgeable of most of the gadgets and features and, most importantly, admitted when he didn't know or wasn't sure about an aspect of the vehicle. There are so many functions, no one can possibly know them all, so when Brenton did not, we sat there and figured it out. As I said earlier, this is my first long term purchase in over 15 years, so I had to get it right. I drove off in a new Nissan Rogue feeling I had done just that. More
