This is not only a clear violation of consumer protection laws but also a blatant breach of trust and good business practices. Selling a vehicle with undisclosed accident damage is unacceptable and puts me at a significant disadvantage, both financially and in terms of safety. I entered into this purchase under the assumption that the vehicle was in excellent condition, as you or your team represented, and I find this misrepresentation egregious. More
The dealership seems like it's nice but I was introduced through service and thought they were fair pricing for a job. Turns out they were kinda stringing me along. Everytime I got my car back for one thing another thing would be wrong with the same parts or more. Coincidence maybe but they were very good about not letting me speak to management and service has questionable service people if they can't hear a stearing issue with the car off! Either the mechanic or service was skirting issues and had my car for weeks at a time. I'm still working on figuring out what parts were actually changed on my car. In the end I have to buy a used car to get out of there. And they wouldn't certify it or give me a second key fob which the salesman blamed the banks for not releasing because it's not certified. The car that we bought has some electrical issue where...all the windows rolling down on there own WITH THE CAR PARKED AND OFF! and a questionable drivers door that was in a "minor" fender bender. By the time all said and done we had a car with some new parts that is struggling with a hole somewhere on the gas tank that they quoted me another $8k and another with safety issues and a payment plan they have sold at least 2x before me. They are very nice ppl, but something ain't right. More
