Working with Zimmerman Honda in purchasing a vehicle was an Excellent experience. Luis Arango in the sales department treated us not only as customers, but as being part of the Zimmerman Honda Family. He an Excellent experience. He explained the details of purchasing the vehicle, showing us how the new technology works in the vehicle and even highlighting areas in the car's book manual to provide more information on the operating system of the car. Luis shows great care, concern and dedication for the individuals he is dealing with in the purchasing of a vehicle and their questions. His customer service skills and dedication are Excellent!!! In the Finance Department, Ben Jones, was also Excellent! He took his time to explain in detail the breakdown of the numbers and what the cost would be. Ben also showed care and concern for our questions and would go over the details again patiently if there was something we did not understand. His dedication to the clientele is Excellent!!!
