Overall, we had a positive experience with Zimmerman Honda. They made the process of buying a certified preowned car easy. Luis was very helpful and patient with us, and he is an honest car salesman. Unfortunately, our car's battery had a short and died two days after purchase. This was unexpected being that we assumed the car's inspection would have caught a bad battery. Working with Honda Care was difficult because they couldn't find our policy since we had just bought the car two days before. Fortunately when Honda Care contacted Zimmerman, Zimmerman Honda was able to confirm our car was covered. When we brought the car in to be serviced at the dealership, the battery was determined to be bad and needed to be replaced. Technically, batteries are not covered by the warranty. Nonetheless, Zimmerman covered the costs for us since we had just purchased the car days before. Obviously I would have preferred to have no issues, but Zimmerman Honda took care of the problem in a fair way. More
