We drove nearly 6 hours round trip to buy our new Civic Hatchback. Marty came highly recommended from my sister and brother-in-law who had purchased a vehicle earlier in the year. Marty was responsive with our email conversations and answered all the questions I had prior to our trip to buy the car. When we arrived he greeted us promptly even though we got there 30 minutes early. The process went smoothly with the test drive, appraisal of our trade, and securing financing. Marty took the time to show the features of the car before we drove away. He has followed up with emails after the purchase to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. Blake did the paperwork with us and handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. We are 100 percent satisfied and highly recommend Zimmerman for an auto purchase. This is my third Civic amongst several vehicles I have owned over the past 40 years. I drove the first two 385,000 miles combined and fully expect to have similar durability from my 2020 Civic. More

This is the second Honda Accord Hybrid we have purchased from Zimmerman (and Doug Pearsall). We discussed what we were looking for and reviewed those cars that they had in stock that met what we were lookin from Zimmerman (and Doug Pearsall). We also considered a car that Zimmerman could have brought in from another dealer. After all the discussions, we made a decision on the specific car we were interested in. Knowing what we wanted and what we were willing to pay, Doug was able to set everything up. Though we couldn’t get Honda financing, because we didn’t purchase a 2020, Doug found us a very competitive interest rate. It took us about 15 minutes to sign the paperwork, with Jeff. After the paperwork was done, and the automobile had been prepared for delivery, Doug got in the car with us and went through all the features and functions. All of this was done in the middle of the COVID19 outbreak. We never felt uncomfortable - everyone was wearing a mask and staying socially distanced. Everyone was courteous and respectful. Couldn’t imagine how this transaction could have been better. More

The salesperson, Randy Hill, is totally awesome. We wanted a new 2021 Honda CR-V so we swung by for a test drive the 2020 model.
