Jim educated Patty and I on the Honda Pilot ( first time Pilot buyer) with a seven seat configuration and why the Pilot Touring model made sense for us. Once we determined a Pilot, Jim was able to locate the exact color, both interior and exterior within a few days which exceeded our expectations. We live a good distance from Zimmerman Honda but have found Jim and the staff there to be exceptional and worth the drive to do business with. Best Vehicle Purchasing Experience Ever We had our non-Honda SUV have a surprise engine failure with only 92,000 miles on it. The vehicle had to be hauled to the junk yard, so we were not in the market for a new vehicle before this shock. We had previously purchased an Odyssey from the dealership and knew that we were interested in another Honda vehicle. After doing a lot of research, we knew that we wanted to get a Pilot, we just weren't sure if we wanted a new or used vehicle or which model (LX, EX, Touring or Elite). We were able to test drive a new vehicle while getting our Odyssey serviced at the dealership. Once we saw what Honda was offering for pricing and 1.9% interest on new vehicles, it made sense to purchase a new vehicle instead of a used vehicle. Matt was able get all our questions answered about the vehicle and features on it. We got a lot of the negotiating done in advance so that we were able to come in and just sign all the paperwork. We would recommend Zimmerman Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle as this was the most painless vehicle purchase we have ever had, especially during a difficult time being without a daily driver vehicle. We were in the market for a used minivan and a few used Honda Odyssey’s lis Buying a minivan from Zimmerman Honda turned out to be a great experience. We were in the market for a used minivan and a few used Honda Odyssey’s listed on Zimmerman Honda’s website fit our requirements well. Our initial communication at Zimmerman was on the phone with Marty Curry and after a quick discussion we scheduled an appointment to test drive the minivans. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule our appointment, not once but twice, but on both occasions Marty was very accommodating. Finally, when we arrived at the dealership for the test drive, Marty was prompt to set up the test drive for both minivans we wanted to try out. He patiently answered all our questions and worked with us to get a trade-in value for our old car. When we hit a roadblock due to some miscommunication with our bank on financing terms, Marty worked with us to schedule a follow-up visit to resolve the issues and move forward with the sale. On our return, both Marty and Kyle Ruser worked with us promptly to finalize and sign all the paperwork since we had a hard stop due to a prior commitment. Kyle was very thorough in answering our questions; at no time did we feel we were pushed into purchasing options we did not want. Both Kyle and Marty ensured we were out in 30 mins. All in all, this was a first class car buying experience for us. Since our purchase, we have recommended Zimmerman to our friends and colleagues. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Zimmerman through their service department for our minivan. More
