First impression, CLEAN, NEAT, ORGANIZED. Sales people friendly, experienced, and nicely dressed, shiny shoes! Front desk managed by two qualified individuals. Back service department quiet, spa-like! Beverage bar and donuts for people waiting on their vehicles being serviced Randy happened to be in the doorway and opened the door for us when we arrived at Zimmerman. We had never been there and we were immediately at ease. We never felt pressured and Randy was SUPER!! We learned so much about the CRV and he was very knowledgeable about every facet.
