It is also made in America...Ohio. Keeping our American people working is important to me. Matt Rizzo was my sales employee and he answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable in doing so. The transaction between him and the financing process was fast and smooth. The experience was such a pleasure compared to the rest. There was absolutely no pressure from our salesperson, Randy. He went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered. He was always available for us, either in person or over the phone. We test drove multiple vehicles and he never tried to sway us one way or another, nor did he show any frustration as we changed our minds a few times. He was patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. The negotiation process was fast and fair, and didn't drag us through hours of the typical back and forth that we have experienced many times in the past. The financing process was fast and smooth, and Kyle was very respectful, helpful and offered us many options to help better protect our vehicle over time. The entire Zimmerman complex (lot, showroom, service, offices, waiting area) are new and very nice, clean and modern. Their inventory was huge and we bought a car right off of the showroom floor.
