We had a good experience here and love our new vehicle, but as first time purchasers, things were not explained very well or clearly with a few things we purchased, like the warranty and the coating for th but as first time purchasers, things were not explained very well or clearly with a few things we purchased, like the warranty and the coating for the vehicle. The price and how to go about getting the coating for the vehicle was not explained at all. Also the price and how the warranty works was not explained to us. So now we are having problems with the vehicle and have no idea how to go about using the warranty, we have no idea how much we even paid for the warranty to start with, and now finding out we still have to pay a deductible to get anything fixed.
