After a long day at work, I bumped a curb, causing a large bubble on the side wall. We were to head out of town in the morning! Frantically, I reached out to Matt Rizzo. He noticed I was due for an oil change, as well. I told him I’d schedule it for this week as I didn’t want to waste any of their time as they were working me in. He said they were happy to change the oil as they were putting the new tire on! What service! This is exactly why they will keep getting my business! More

My first visit here was in July, 2021, & had the pleasure of meeting Jerry Leibovitz, sales consultant. When Jerry approached my fiancé and I, he was very professional, & polite. We discussed with him that type of vehicle we were looking for, and we ended up test driving a few of them before leaving. Not one time did Jerry try to pressure us for a sale, or rush any of our decisions. A week or so went bye and we decided to purchase a Honda CRV and contacted Jerry to help us with this process, and again everyone I came across was as friendly as before. November 19, 2021 after My first oil change, I was leaving Zimmerman, and was struck by another vehicle. My CRV was totaled!! While still recovering from my injuries I started looking for another vehicle which led me back to Zimmerman. I was in a bad situation not having the same down payment and trade in as before! I hit a brick wall, felt hopeless and frustrated. Jerry Leibovitz and Jeff Dolan the finance director at Zimmerman went above and beyond helping me get another vehicle!! They both truly cared, and did not stop until I had a vehicle! I can’t begin to thank them enough! They will have a lifelong customer!! And will be highly recommended by me and my family forever!!! Zimmerman Honda and specifically Matt Rizzo have been great to work with. We purchased a 2022 Odyssey and 2022 Ridgeline. It took nearly 5 months to get the Ridgeline but Matt helped by providing a disco great to work with. We purchased a 2022 Odyssey and 2022 Ridgeline.
