I loved the fast in and out service very much from ecar one. However agent Jared was very rude and unfriendly, and when he gave me the key to the car, the inside of the car was dirty with stain on the sea one. However agent Jared was very rude and unfriendly, and when he gave me the key to the car, the inside of the car was dirty with stain on the seats and dust and hair on the back seat, when i asked him why there was so much dust and hair on the seats he said it was from the vacuum. Plus a few unpleasant things that he said. He frankly made me feel like he was doing me a favor. But other than that I would definitely refer my friends and family. Thank you! More

I had a fantastic experience working with Adam at eCarOne. I arrived unannounced at opening time to test drive a couple electric vehicles that I was interested in buying and was able to be on a test eCarOne. I arrived unannounced at opening time to test drive a couple electric vehicles that I was interested in buying and was able to be on a test drive immediately. I ended up seeing a car on the lot (a Mustang Mach-e in sunburst yellow) that unexpectedly caught my eye and decided to test drive it as well. I decided that would be my choice and the whole purchase process was very low stress and easy. I was out the door as soon as my wire transfer had funded. More
