Friendly staff and Clean facility. Service was good. We requested and was given a loaner. Glad we did as our car did take almost 3 weeks to complete. My disappointment with the service department is that my car was not even washed or vacuumed after such a long time in service. Guess we were used to this at the Cadillac dealership in Mobile Al. If this is not something Allen Cadillac provides the. Let me know and I won’t expect it. Other than this we were extremely pleased

After having an awful experience trying to get my car fixed. I explained here in a review what had happened and received notice that they had figured out the problem. So after four months my car was fixed. They realized the inconvenience and did not charge the $1383.24 bill. This was extremely generous.

Beware! They will make repairs, you clearly stated you did not want done and the service advisor stated on phone did not need to be done. I was charged for these then told by the service advisor, that’s not what he understood. All work done was unsatisfactory. The engine light was back on after leaving dealership. If you’re a woman without auto service knowledge, I would not trust Barkley. I will not return in fear of being taken advantage of again.
