I am normally not one to write a review, especially when it comes to a Car Dealership, but with the amazing experience I had at Bill Jackson in Troy Alabama......I felt obligated to share with others in the market or that will be soon. I bought my first General Motors vehicle 25 years ago in Pensacola Florida. I have purchased well over 20 since & I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience as when buying a New 2018 Silverado & a New 2018 Tahoe from Bill Jackson Chev-Cad-Buick-Gmc a few days ago. Unlike other Dealerships in the are, they didnt go back and forth....they were very transparent.....and super friendly the entire time. I was given several different options, including a full explanation on how leasing works & when leaving....I truly felt like part of the "Family". Not only do they have the absolute best prices in the area, but what other Dealership allows you to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe, Gmc Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, and Buick Enclave without the hassle of dealing with multiple Sales Reps & having to drive all over the place to multiple locations. If you don't know the answer to this question, that's because they are one of only 2 Dealerships in the entire State of Alabama to which have all 4 General Motors Brands under 1 roof. Anyway, I believe their slogan is, "A short drive, for Savings like nowhere else" & I for one can tell you that this is NOT A GIMMICK! If you are in the market or when you become in the market, do yourself & your wallet a favor and give these Guys & Gals a chance!!!

I found my dream car but unfortunately it was located in Texas. The awesome people at Peach Chevrolet went to Texas and brought the car back to me. I had never heard of anyone doing this before. They pulled out all stops and helped her find the perfect color inside and out! She felt like she was important to them and was their top priority! In the process of finding her perfect car, I found mine too! We ended up buying two cars! A Cruze and an Impala! The experience was wonderful. Needed a fuel sending unit replaced in my 87 Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe and also the belts were making a little noise on startup. This is a very clean car with 60xxx original miles. They replaced the fuel sending unit and told me I needed a new power steering pump, I picked the car up and within 2 days, the sending unit stopped working again. I took it back to them, they confirmed it was the sending unit and initially told me I would have to pay for the labor of putting a new one in again. I told them I wasn't going to do that and would just go somewhere else. The service manager Josh said he would see what he could do. Called me back the next day and said they would take care of it. A few days later, I went and picked the car back up. Once I got it home, I noticed the trunk key was missing. I called Josh back to let him know and he said he would look for it. I also took the car to a different shop (non dealer) to have the belts seen about. This shop said the power steering pump was fine, it was just the belts that needed adjusting. It's been about a month now and the belts are quiet and I still, after repeated calls, do not have my trunk key. The dealership will not take responsibility for losing my key. Never do business with these folks.

I went to the dealership for tires and my door handle was broken and the service manager as well as the gm refused to fix or replace it.they wanted me to buy another after they guys broke it.the worst experience of my life with a car dealership I would never recommend this dealer nor spend a dime there.

Receive dozens of spam mails a week from this dealer, it bespeaks of a level of desperation that I find unsettling. We have called and written in to cancel this unwanted correspondence ... and were ignored in favor of a 'hard sell' sales pitch. Nope. This, -this- is what people talk about when they say 'used car salesman,' it's not a compliment guys.

I wish all dealerships were like Solomon Chevrolet. Bought a used 2001 Corvette at a great price. Made the 2 hour drive to see it and test drive it. John Sistrunk was fantastic to work with. I will go back to John for my next vehicle purchase. I'm a huge Chevy fan so as long as he's still there, he's my man. Everyone was super friendly, efficient with my time and accommodating. You cannot go wrong with this dealership.
