I’ve owned several Cadillacs in several different states but Tim Howard at Bentley Cadillac of Huntsville is by far the best salesman I’ve ever come by... Tim and manger Jeff are at the very top of any dealership in the Southeast. They go above and beyond to make you feel like part of the Bentley family. From start to finish of the process I felt like the only concern Tim had was for me and for what I wanted. Tim addressed any concerns I had and was very knowledgeable to any questions I asked. I wasn’t pressured like what you usually get at all other dealerships, Tim and manger Jeff stayed well after closing hours To finish the process and Tim has followed up by text or phone call several times to make sure I was happy with the purchase and to address anything I needed. The new Cadillac XT5 is one of the best models I’ve owned in the Cadillac family and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used Cadillac to go see Tim Howard at Bentley Cadillac of Huntsville

I am normally not one to write a review, especially when it comes to a Car Dealership, but with the amazing experience I had at Bill Jackson in Troy Alabama......I felt obligated to share with others in the market or that will be soon. I bought my first General Motors vehicle 25 years ago in Pensacola Florida. I have purchased well over 20 since & I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience as when buying a New 2018 Silverado & a New 2018 Tahoe from Bill Jackson Chev-Cad-Buick-Gmc a few days ago. Unlike other Dealerships in the are, they didnt go back and forth....they were very transparent.....and super friendly the entire time. I was given several different options, including a full explanation on how leasing works & when leaving....I truly felt like part of the "Family". Not only do they have the absolute best prices in the area, but what other Dealership allows you to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe, Gmc Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, and Buick Enclave without the hassle of dealing with multiple Sales Reps & having to drive all over the place to multiple locations. If you don't know the answer to this question, that's because they are one of only 2 Dealerships in the entire State of Alabama to which have all 4 General Motors Brands under 1 roof. Anyway, I believe their slogan is, "A short drive, for Savings like nowhere else" & I for one can tell you that this is NOT A GIMMICK! If you are in the market or when you become in the market, do yourself & your wallet a favor and give these Guys & Gals a chance!!!

THE FINANCE GUYS AT CARL CANNON CHEVROLET WITHHELD VALUABLE INFORMATION FROM ME WHICH WAS MY CREDIT SCORE OF 784.THEY PRESENTED ME WITH A 627 AND 650 ON A LITTLE PIECE OF PAPER AND NEVER EXPLAINED THOSE TWO SCORES OR WHO THEY WERE FROM.THEY HAD ME BELIEVING ALL THAT I HAD WAS THOSE TWO LOW SCORES TO NEGOTIATE WITH.DID NOT FIND OUT ABOUT MY 784 CREDIT SCORE UNTILL I WAS ABOUT TO SIGN MY PAPERWORK.THEY PUT ME IN A BAD AND PRESSURE SITUATION .I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS IN THE BEGINNING SO THAT I COULD NEGOTIATE THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE AS A CONSUMER LOOKING TO BUY.THEY TOOK IT ALL AWAY FROM ME AND NOW AFTER A MONTH THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP ME WITH A BETTER INTEREST RATE.IF YOU GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP BE CAREFUL AND ASK QUESTIONS.I ASKED ABOUT MY CREDIT SCORES,THEY GAVE ME 2 OF THEM AND DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT MY 3RD AND BEST UNTILL THE END WHICH WAS SIGNING PAPERS.

So far we are very pleased with our 2016 Buick Encore and service. Battery was replace after about a year and a half. Today, Nov. 14, 2019, battery went dead 120 miles from home and the battery had been checked the week before with NO problems during regular oil change. I got a jump start, called Buick/Cad and asked for appointment to have battery checked. We have a full schedule. I understood. You'll have to drop it off. Will do. However, this will be the second battery replacement in just 3 years. I'm hoping the problem will be discovered and solved. So for now, still 5 stars. You can't keeping going if your battery dies every 18-24 months. Tony said they would work it in.

I went to the dealership for tires and my door handle was broken and the service manager as well as the gm refused to fix or replace it.they wanted me to buy another after they guys broke it.the worst experience of my life with a car dealership I would never recommend this dealer nor spend a dime there.

I wish all dealerships were like Solomon Chevrolet. Bought a used 2001 Corvette at a great price. Made the 2 hour drive to see it and test drive it. John Sistrunk was fantastic to work with. I will go back to John for my next vehicle purchase. I'm a huge Chevy fan so as long as he's still there, he's my man. Everyone was super friendly, efficient with my time and accommodating. You cannot go wrong with this dealership.
