Quick, easy and very personable. Had a great experience and never felt pressured. Would highly recommend! Carter was very helpful and communicative. He texted me throughout the day and remained in constant communication. He is polished and professional and knows what he is doing. Both Carter and Sammy stayed late to make sure we left with the truck we wanted. I'm disappointed I'm in my purchase. I realize it's a used vehicle but...... I traveled two hours to look at the 2013 F 150 I bought. I stopped on my way home in Elkton, Tn and on further inspection I noticed that one of the fog lights was missing. Fog light and the bracket/bezel was missing. I looked at the window sticker that was in my center console and it specifically said that it comes with "foglights" that's plural not a single foglight. So that's disappointment #1.
#2: I have a Actron OBD II auto scanner at the house, wish I would have taken it with me, anyway I plugged it in and it says that's there's a "catalyst efficiency below threshold" (bank 1 & 2). The check engine light wasn't on however.
That's in the first 3 hours of ownership!
Day #2: The check engine light finally goes off. Plugged in the autoscanner and it was still the catalyst fault. PS: I was looking in the glove box and there's a receipt dated 1/05/21(replacement part 608326) from A-1 muffler shop which is for a catalytic converter limited warranty registration. I'm assuming that might be the issue I'm getting? I attached a photo of the receipt.
So there you go. I went ahead and bought a new foglight and the bracket which I should have delivered by next week. The existing wiring is cut so I'll have to take it to a shop to have it installed for me. I have contacted via email and text and on a couple occaisions they told me they'll get with the necessary person and have them call me. 2 months into my purchas and no response. I will never buy new or used from this dealership again. BTW: I gave them a high rating on freindliness but then again aren't they always feindly when they're making a sale??

I went to the dealership for tires and my door handle was broken and the service manager as well as the gm refused to fix or replace it.they wanted me to buy another after they guys broke it.the worst experience of my life with a car dealership I would never recommend this dealer nor spend a dime there.

I am normally not one to write a review, especially when it comes to a Car Dealership, but with the amazing experience I had at Bill Jackson in Troy Alabama......I felt obligated to share with others in the market or that will be soon. I bought my first General Motors vehicle 25 years ago in Pensacola Florida. I have purchased well over 20 since & I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience as when buying a New 2018 Silverado & a New 2018 Tahoe from Bill Jackson Chev-Cad-Buick-Gmc a few days ago. Unlike other Dealerships in the are, they didnt go back and forth....they were very transparent.....and super friendly the entire time. I was given several different options, including a full explanation on how leasing works & when leaving....I truly felt like part of the "Family". Not only do they have the absolute best prices in the area, but what other Dealership allows you to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe, Gmc Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, and Buick Enclave without the hassle of dealing with multiple Sales Reps & having to drive all over the place to multiple locations. If you don't know the answer to this question, that's because they are one of only 2 Dealerships in the entire State of Alabama to which have all 4 General Motors Brands under 1 roof. Anyway, I believe their slogan is, "A short drive, for Savings like nowhere else" & I for one can tell you that this is NOT A GIMMICK! If you are in the market or when you become in the market, do yourself & your wallet a favor and give these Guys & Gals a chance!!!

I'm 2,000% sure I'll be back to buy another vehicle from them.
