Because the good welcome, being nice and professional at the same time, I think your dealership is trustable. First the team want to understand my problem, then handle it almost immediately. People's are very accessible and explain clearly the problem, give an estimate for fixing it, give alternative of choice. Then, make an easy way for checking solution's which are affordable to me and always letting me making the choice without trying to influence me. Having a good test for my future car, good contact with other member's of the sale team, finding the best possible way for financing. All the team was very patient with me (even facing my strong French accent) and they spent all needed time for me.
Well, is that's not an excellent service I don't know what it is.

I am normally not one to write a review, especially when it comes to a Car Dealership, but with the amazing experience I had at Bill Jackson in Troy Alabama......I felt obligated to share with others in the market or that will be soon. I bought my first General Motors vehicle 25 years ago in Pensacola Florida. I have purchased well over 20 since & I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience as when buying a New 2018 Silverado & a New 2018 Tahoe from Bill Jackson Chev-Cad-Buick-Gmc a few days ago. Unlike other Dealerships in the are, they didnt go back and forth....they were very transparent.....and super friendly the entire time. I was given several different options, including a full explanation on how leasing works & when leaving....I truly felt like part of the "Family". Not only do they have the absolute best prices in the area, but what other Dealership allows you to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe, Gmc Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, and Buick Enclave without the hassle of dealing with multiple Sales Reps & having to drive all over the place to multiple locations. If you don't know the answer to this question, that's because they are one of only 2 Dealerships in the entire State of Alabama to which have all 4 General Motors Brands under 1 roof. Anyway, I believe their slogan is, "A short drive, for Savings like nowhere else" & I for one can tell you that this is NOT A GIMMICK! If you are in the market or when you become in the market, do yourself & your wallet a favor and give these Guys & Gals a chance!!!

We live in Louisiana and just had an incredible truck buying experience at McConnell Buick GMC in Mobile, AL. Skeptical about buying out-of-market, but James Brown did a fabulous job! We negotiated the price of the vehicle as well as the trade-in over the phone which lead to a quick, easy process, w/out any hassle! The dealership stood by their quote and didn't play games, which we greatly appreciate. Would definitely recommend James Brown in new car Sales @ the McConnell dealership in Mobile, AL. I went to the dealership for tires and my door handle was broken and the service manager as well as the gm refused to fix or replace it.they wanted me to buy another after they guys broke it.the worst experience of my life with a car dealership I would never recommend this dealer nor spend a dime there.

This place is a joke. Called them based on good internet price. After two phone calls discovered that the “internet price” assumes 1) you’re current or ex military 2) you must have a trade in and 3) you must finance with them at an exorbitant interest rate. I simply wanted to pay cash with no trade. Well the internet price suddenly became $6000 more. What a sham. Deceptive advertising at its best.

I would suggest to anyone who is considering buying a used vehicle here to look elsewhere. If you do , get everything in writing up front. Their memory is shorter than the 36 hrs ( Saturday afternoon to Monday morning) that elapsed before we returned. You should check every light, every control knob and every convenience item for operation. They obviously don’t check them before they offer them for sale. I will not do business here again nor would I suggest anyone else take that chance.

Receive dozens of spam mails a week from this dealer, it bespeaks of a level of desperation that I find unsettling. We have called and written in to cancel this unwanted correspondence ... and were ignored in favor of a 'hard sell' sales pitch. Nope. This, -this- is what people talk about when they say 'used car salesman,' it's not a compliment guys.

Purchased 2014 Buick lacrosse that I veiwed on line. Traded my 2013 Avalon and was able to negotiate all the details thru email and saved a lot of time prior to arriving at the dealership. New car was all as discussed and trade in value was at a fair market value wholesale. Great experience of an on line purchase. Dealer was located 100 miles from home and worth the trip. I bought a car that took 4 days to do because of errors in paperwork. Before I signed on the lines to finalize sale I asked if dents could be removed. I was told yes, here it is 6 weeks later and I can't hardly get anyone on the phone to fix this problem. I tried to call my salesman for a week an was told he was out. I called back the next week and was told he quit and they I would be called as soon as repairman was back in town. I have not heard from him yet. i am very unhappy about the purchase and wish that I had stuck to who I knew elsewhere. I feel like everyone was friendly and helpful when I was trying to purchase vehicle now they've forgotton about me! :(

I've purchased several cars from Jim Burke a few used and one new but I have to say that my most recent experience at Jim Burke was by far the best I've ever had. I'm 2,000% sure I'll be back to buy another vehicle from them. They helped me pick the correct vehicle for my credit situation and negotiate with the bank to get the down payment to a comfortable area for my pockets. I came to the dealership with a used Altima in mind and ended up leaving with a "Like-NEW" Lexus with an awesome payment of $392.00 with just $2,000.00 down. They worked hard on my deal and I am a VERY satisfied customer. The whole team was very helpful, from my sales agent to the sales manager to the finance adviser to the service technicians. I'm so proud to say my vehicle came from Jim Burke!
