I have to say , every time we have gone to Larry Miller CJDR , I am extremely pleased with the outstanding way we are treated , more like family , than customers. We went to go out to run an errand and the dash came up with "low key battery " Well to my wife and I as Senior Citizens it meant only one thing ! Get to the dealership to see what was wrong ! We drove in and were greeted by Christian! Who said not a problem and said lets go to parts ! We went there and Todd greeted us , with not a problem . I also went over to see JC , who I always like to say hello to! Within minutes new batteries were in both of our fobs and we were on our way home ! Again a home run , for Larry Miller CJDR.

While I didn't have my vehicle serviced there yet, I recently found this car online and purchased it as an A to B car until the market cools down on used cars - private party sale, and I called for information on recent services, so that I can understand what has been done at this point, and what I still needed to do, and address any potential areas of concern from prior visits.
Nick, on a busy Saturday, was so helpful when I called him.

Oh my gosh, thank goodness that these people delivered the BEST service, on a late Saturday afternoon, because my husband did something so ridiculous. We just bought a used PT Cruiser from a private party, and decided to do the Express Oil Change service at the last minute, while my husband was at Moore Chrysler on Bell Road picking up 3 parts that we needed from the Parts Department.
Right now my husband has the guys working on the Express Oil Change (late in the day on Saturday) and when they advised him of needing an Air Filter (something we discussed before he left the house, and we said then that we would have them do both filters) my husband DECLINES the Air Filter because of the $40! So he goes to the Parts Department and buys it there.
Who does that? LOL OMG First we had a plan, and he went off script. And why not just have Service do it? The parts we are buying at the Parts Department is to fix a problem that we can do the labor on ourselves (so that is significant savings on a mechanical part and labor) and the other are just 2 additional parts (gas cap / cabin filter) for ongoing upkeep of the car. But the Oil and Filter Change (especially this car where it seems prior people only changed it once every 3 years), please get the Service center to handle this need.
So after being fussy with the Hubster on the phone about why he didn't have Service do the whole recommended Oil Change WITH the Air Filter, I asked him to go back to Service, and have them do the service with an Air Filter, and then to return the just purchased Air Filter to Parts.
INSTEAD, OFF PLAN again, he takes the Air Filter out of the bag, and asks the gentleman in Service to install it. The Service person said he would, no problem. OMG, again! Is that like going to a restaurant and bringing your own desert? I don't know ...
Now, I don't know if they are charging us labor on the 3 minutes of time this will take to install, but JUST FOR THE back and forth and having to deal with my husband (in and out of the Service Oil Change area) this many times, in the last hour of the day for that department, these people get 5 Gold Stars!!

Husband just left, and he called me and said they didn't charge him for the install. Whaaat? So awesome! Thank you so much Alan, for your hospitality towards us! I promise we are usually not so disorganized and we both appreciate it so much.
Some things yes, we can do ourselves. But some things, just let the people handle it while we are there. It's one less ankle biter to deal with.
Thank you Service Department for being so nice, understanding, flexible, and helpful to my husband, and me. Really a way to show your support towards NEW clients visiting your dealership.

Great experience with Danny Hoggatt in service! He was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable! I only waited in line about 10 minutes when I arrived and the truck was done in less than two hours. When we picked up the truck Danny helped us with some possible accessories that we needed. Great service!

Their business should not be the customers problem. They then wanted me to make another appointment which require another month or more wait. They obviously have a staffing and management problem

Very disappointed with the service I received on March 15, 2021. I took my 2010 Jeep JK in to get an oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was important to me because I was troubleshooting a problem with the "death wobble". After an hour, I was called to the cashier to pay for my services. After paying I went to my jeep to head home. I had marked my tires, (because of the troubleshooting) and checked them before driving away. The tires had not been rotated! I went back to Blake Clark and told him my concern. He called over the Tech, Phil Britton, that worked on my jeep and told him my concern. I couldn't hear what Phil said to Blake, but Blake answered "he marked the tires". After that conversation, they immediately rotated the tires. Because of this, I will not be taking my jeep back to them because of the trust issues. Had I not marked the tires, I would still be troubleshooting my problem with the wobble.

I should have read the reviews. This service department is worse than a joke. Totally rude and absolutely do not care about your time. Made an appointment with "Kyle" for a simple oil change for 1pm. Well, Kyle is no where to be found so spoke with "John Otara". He asked if I was dropping it off. I said no, that is why I made an appointment. He said it would take several hours (just to change oil). I asked where was the fast lane they advertised. He laughed. I asked why I made an appointment for. Answer was "you only made an appointment to speak to a service advisor." That's incredible on it's own, but then I asked where was the guy I made the appointment with and got a stupid blank look back. I again asked for the fast lane they advertised, and got a scough and then a laugh. As I'm leaving, another so called service advisor came out and the two started laughing at me that I expected that my appointment would be an actual appointment. How ridiculous!

I called on 4/29 trying set an appointment for my vehicle on 4/30 because it was the only day I had off for the next month or so. I told the appointment taker on the phone that I knew they would not get to my vehicle for a few days and I was ok with that, that I just wanted to drop it off. She says yes that is fine. So on 4/30 I get a text message stating that I have an appointment on 5/30. When I called the service department to ask what was going on a different person told me that my appointment was set for 5/7 and there was nothing she could do because there were no appointments available until then. I then asked her if it was ok to just drop my vehicle that day because I wasn't going to be able to miss any other day of work. She said no because they had no parking available on the lot. I ask her that there was really no parking anywhere on that huge lot that they have and she said "sorry but no" in a condescending tone. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager then gave me the exact same response word for word. So then they rescheduled me for 5/3 and told me that I could drop my vehicle off Sunday evening right after she told me that they have no parking that they have been getting fined for parking where they shouldn't be. So now I have to reschedule and find a way to get my vehicle there. If I didn't buy an extended warranty through Bill Luke to where I have to take to only them or pay a deductible I would never do business with this dealership.

CAR OWNERS BEWARE!!! Took my SUV in for a noise from the front. They said I needed over $3,000 of additional work done above the $400 to fix the front noise. I had just had the vehicle services a couple months prior and none of these problems existed. Some of the items I told them were just fixed yet they said they were incorrectly installed. This was untrue. The prior dealership service manager was a good friend. Also, once I picked up the vehicle it had more problems than it did prior. Oil leaking, power steering not added and now made noise. Their PR Manager is a joke and not to be trusted!! Major scam!!!

This place is horrific corporate mess, and stay away if you can. Sales is basicaly incompetent bunch, where you will waste a day, and they will still be incapable of completing the sale, cash in hand. But God help you if you need any service/repairs, or added acessories from their service and parts department. Holy cow!!! Two-2 months to try to schedule thousands of dollars of service work and upgrades, cant even manage to set you up with a rental vehicle. And then after 2 months they call that they have loaner, but can you be here right away, because they cant hold the rental for you. This place would be much better if they had some robots and vending machines dispensing cars, as that would be a huge improvement-not sure how they even mange to survive with zero customer service. Fortunately, there are still privately owned Ram dealers down the road, where they take pride im customer service. Too bad that you cant give them zero stars for rating.
