As usual the service department stepped it up again. I arrived at 0730 and was out in an hour for oil and filter change. You can't beat the front office service staff and the unnamed guys (and gals) in the back who consistently produce these outstanding results.

I was having my car serviced with Brian K. I purchased my vehicle from Peoria Ford-where they have horrible Customer Service. But since my vehicle is a Dodge, I was lucky enough to be set up with Brian. Not only was he very quick to update me as soon as he had any information. But he also took the time to explain everything to me to where I completely understood what was wrong with my vehicle. Peoria Ford made the process awful but through all of that Brian made my experience with Dodge an amazing one. I truly appreciate his Customer Service. Thank you, Brian!

Within a month I had my 2500 Truck in for the same engine light problem, they could not find the problem. I took it to Chapman Motors in Payson and they fixed the gas line problem. The fuel line needed to be cleaned out.
