Brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler back in for Warranty Service and to fix a couple problems. Service Advisor Kellie Sinkinson took great care of all of my needs, she is professional, friendly, and delivered on all she promised. She even gave a great recommendation for where to eat while we waited for the vehicle to be serviced. It shows that she loves what she does and cares about her customers.
Service and repairs were completed very quickly and they did not try to up-sell me a lot of things that were not needed, like some other places frequently do.
I will be coming back for all my future service needs.

I knew the 2020 Promaster Uconnect radio was bad because it failed during a vacation trip. Had it diagnosed at a Chrysler RAM service center while on the road because the navigation system and other features became erratic. Dealer didn't have a replacement radio due to Chrysler's poor part inventory. Once back in Arizona it took an additional two trips to Larry H Miller Dodge Ram, first to diagnose (already done on the road / had diagnostic report) and another to install the radio. Not the dealer's fault but 3 trips isn't good customer service. Worked with service advisor Kevin. He provided excellent communications and customer service. Right on time. Provided a Lyft ride home and called as soon as the job was done. He gets a 5 star but Chrysler brings the overall rating down. It's not the closest RAM dealership but worth the drive.

Very disappointing service experience waited a month and then was not called with status but had to call after having car for 7 hours only to find they couldn’t find problem and were too busy to let me know. Their business should not be the customers problem. They then wanted me to make another appointment which require another month or more wait. They obviously have a staffing and management problem

Three calls leaving detailed messages with a live person and two attempts online to schedule service over the course of a month, on a Jeep. Every time promised a call back from a service advisor to schedule. No response. Previous customer for many years. What is going on? This is a broken business model. Maybe add a metric that grades advisers on calling back customers and scheduling service. Good luck sorting it out. Going elsewhere.

I called on 4/29 trying set an appointment for my vehicle on 4/30 because it was the only day I had off for the next month or so. I told the appointment taker on the phone that I knew they would not get to my vehicle for a few days and I was ok with that, that I just wanted to drop it off. She says yes that is fine. So on 4/30 I get a text message stating that I have an appointment on 5/30. When I called the service department to ask what was going on a different person told me that my appointment was set for 5/7 and there was nothing she could do because there were no appointments available until then. I then asked her if it was ok to just drop my vehicle that day because I wasn't going to be able to miss any other day of work. She said no because they had no parking available on the lot. I ask her that there was really no parking anywhere on that huge lot that they have and she said "sorry but no" in a condescending tone. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager then gave me the exact same response word for word. So then they rescheduled me for 5/3 and told me that I could drop my vehicle off Sunday evening right after she told me that they have no parking that they have been getting fined for parking where they shouldn't be. So now I have to reschedule and find a way to get my vehicle there. If I didn't buy an extended warranty through Bill Luke to where I have to take to only them or pay a deductible I would never do business with this dealership.

CAR OWNERS BEWARE!!! Took my SUV in for a noise from the front. They said I needed over $3,000 of additional work done above the $400 to fix the front noise. I had just had the vehicle services a couple months prior and none of these problems existed. Some of the items I told them were just fixed yet they said they were incorrectly installed. This was untrue. The prior dealership service manager was a good friend. Also, once I picked up the vehicle it had more problems than it did prior. Oil leaking, power steering not added and now made noise. Their PR Manager is a joke and not to be trusted!! Major scam!!!

Caroline Reidhe was the best. She greeted us when we arrived, checked us in quickly and even sold me an oil service plan. She kept us informed and let us know when our truck was ready. The whole dealership is friendly and well run. Highly recommend and will return.
