Well, when you are lucky enough to have been assisted by Danny Talamantes at Galpin Mazda, you definitely choose to wait - going without transportation and even changing your holiday weekend plans as I did - because you know that there simply is no substitute for his exceptional service. Painstakingly thorough and attentive, Danny has ever been the very definition of incomparable care. He set high standards for my service expectations long ago and has never failed to meet them in the more than thirteen years since. In fact, he somehow manages to exceed them. Upon his return, my service experience was even better than expected - not only completely stress-free, but altogether pleasant. As always, Danny was absolutely worth the wait!

I did not catch his last name but J.R. in service was very helpful, courteous, friendly and took care of my needs as well as offering me a 3 oil change special for my Duramax which will save me a tremendous amount of money down the road. Everybody I ran into while at the dealership was very friendly. A female employee even opened the door for me! I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and I will bring my truck back for all of its service needs in the future.

I was able to easily make an appointment online for a drop off a few days later, drop off was quick and easy. They were honest up front about how long it might take to get diagnostics run, and they kept me informed of progress even if there wasn't any. Ron was easy to get a hold of if needed but made sure to call once daily with updates on progress. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the price to diagnose and replace a clamp within my exhaust system was more than $500.00 and that feels a bit steep to me. My car is back to running like new.

They went over all the issues with my and made sure that I understood what needed to be done. I've been to the service center here at Honda World Downey several times. i always get any service advisor that is available. & this last time I got Nicole as an advisor, I had always seen her there but never actually got her as an advisor to help me out with my vehicle & Omg! I fell in love with this girls customer service. She made it all easy for me and worked hard to get trough my extended warranty something an advisor before did not want to help with she also made sure my car was out quick and ready to go.. I can not thank her enough for all her help. I hope you guys get more advisors just as great as her! I will definitely be scheduling my appointments with her from now on. Thank you Nicole!! :)

I had a terrible sales experience with Hopkins where I walked out and purchased my Acura elsewhere. I dreaded going back for a warranty item, I was pleasantly surprised with Kah he was friendly, helpful, went to bat for me on a warranty item. Got me an Uber and followed up with me. When we first moved to the AV back in the early 90s, we tried H.W. Hunter but found the folks down in Valencia Dodge to be more hospitable. I'm so glad that when we checked out Hunter Dodge again 10 years ago that it was no longer the case! They really did up the game in courtesy and service excellence, touching base with us on the maintenance of our '08 Caliber and '08 Chrysler 300 and clearly explaining whatever needs to be done to the cars. In particular, Leilani has been great to us over the years and has always ensured that our needs are taken cared of during our visits! It feels great to have excellent customer service while supporting a local dealer.
