Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!

Received notice my fuel pump for recall was in. So I scheduled an appointment with their automated system, couldn’t get through to a real person. I arrived on time to be told they didn’t have the part. The service individual apologized for the mix up. This is the second time I’ve had an issue. The last time they did a warranty repair and had my car for three days. I received no phone calls from the service department. I had to continue to call to try and get through to a real live person. I eventually got my vehicle and was told that I was lucky that it was a warranty issue otherwise it would have cost me $3,500. Ever since the dealership was sold the service department performance, in my opinion, has noticeably changed for the worse. I will continue to use them for recalls and warranty work but as far as routine maintenance is concerned I have other choices. I’ve been going there for 5 years. They just lost me as a customer!

2 minutes ago NEW I locked my keys in the trunk! Nobody could open it! I had it towed to Kia San Bernardino and had the most incredible service! EVERYONE was very polite and so helpful and kind to me. They did an amazing job getting me into my car which was no small feat! They worked so hard and persisted when met with several challenges! I was really stressed when I arrived and was treated with such kindness, it meant so much to me!! Mike, and his entire team, showed such generosity, and I will pay it forward. There are good people in this world, and a bunch of them work at Kia San Bernardino! This is the best experience I have ever had at a service/dealership center. I can't express my gratitude enough!! Go here for all your Kia needs!! They should be very proud of their success in providing excellent service!!!

I had an amazing experience at Anderson Honda. I went in to see them five days ago about purchasing a pre-owned Civic, and I ended up walking out with a new one. From the minute I stepped out of my car, they greeted me and were friendly and helpful. Everyone involved in my purchase was extremely knowledgable and professional. I am so grateful for the service I received from Leon H in the Service Center. My 2015 A3 needed it's 35K Mile Service Maintenance and he had everything handled from the first phone call I made to make the appointment, to the time I pick up my car when it was finished. He was so detail oriented, it blew me away! He pretty much had the paperwork done before I even got there. All my questions were answered before I could even ask them. So my job was done before I there. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and you're very lucky to have him as an employee! Thank you Leon for your service! and Thank you Elk Grove Audi, because you all ROCK!..You all were so very nice! Consumers are always ready to complain but yet seldom do they praise!

After other dealers failed twice to properly diagnose and resolve an intermittent -- and thus admittedly hard-to-diagnose -- issue, the Browning team immediately found the far-from-obvious cause of the problem and fixed it, quickly and at a reasonable cost. They had always taken excellent care of my wife's Mazda 3 when we lived in the area; it was worth going out of my way to bring my car to them in this case. You cannot get better care for your Mazda than from the Browning Cerritos team.

A few weeks agony 73 year old mother was coming down from Central California for my cousin"s wedding in Santa Monica and she received alerts on her Prius while traveling over the Grapevine and was terrified. Since she had together back to the CentralValley to teach on Monday she was so nervous her car wouldn't work. I called a number of Toyota localities while she was stuck in L.A. traffic and I first called Cabe Toyota and received incredible information and support fro Daniel. I then called other locations and did not receive the same support or compassion at all.I called Cabe back and we were able to get her car theremin time that evening for them to look at it first thing in the morning. They did everything they could to fit her in given the circumstances. Daniel and his colleague Phil were able to get everything fixed at a a fair and accurate rate and the entire team there was incredibly helpful and kind.I would only recommend family go there in the Long Beach or SoCall area.Don't take them for granted . They are the best!
