I have owed 4 GMC vehicles since moving to Boulder 5 years ago, I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else. I was a GM dealer for 12 years and I know the struggles of finding good help. David in service is like family at this point. He gets my truck done quickly, cleanly, and they are super fair in their assessments and pricing. On top of all this, his communication and status updates are above and beyond the norm. I challenge you to find a better auto service department!

I had a wonderful experience working with Ben and Nick Myers. I am so happy that I found a vehicle. There was a little issue with my car at the beginning, but Nick had no problem into reaching out to the correct people and fixing them as soon as I asked. Nick definitely kept me in the loop every step of the way, if it was by text or call he was on top of it! We live out of state and Nick even drove the extra miles to bring my vehicle to me. Service Team is excellent! Parts were ordered, and my truck was ready in about a week. The arrival of the parts is what took the longest (no fault of the dealership).

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.

This past August we were on vacation in Colorado and the AC on my 2015 Escalade failed. I called Noland Cadillac and they told me to me they could not get to my car for several days. When I told them we were on vacation from Illinois and had to head back soon, they then told me to bring it in and they would find a way to take care of us. They did, helping us from returning home in 95 degree heat with 3 whining grandchildren without ac. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, kindness and just plain nice people to do business with. I can't remember the young ladies name in service, but she's by far one of the best service advisors I've ever worked with
