Brought in vehicle for warranty repairs left with a new car - crc75
I like to say what a great experience I had purchasing our new car. Salesman Jeff Katz was easy going non pressuring, Finance Dir. Justin Gasman was great at explaining all the details. GM Glenn Jordan was helpful with explaining the "My Cadillac App". All around first class operations I will be back to buy again from this group.
Best Dealership in Town - Donna Matchett

Good experience. - Tom M
First of all delighted with the New CT6.
Ryan, Jesse and also Rob exceptionally helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the car. Jesse came to the house to help walk me thru the car features which are numerous. Paperwork was complicated but worked thru.
One negative: requested quote on extended warranty from director of finance and after being given booklet no quote sent after two requests. Perhaps he agrees with Consumer Reports that extended warranties not the best use of money.
Have worked with Service department in past and both consultants and mechanics are very good.
All in all a very good experience.
Found a perfect car - Bwilli20
I had a Jeep and the payments were just too high I couldn't afford it and I needed a four door, so I had gone to two other dealerships and both had told me I was crazy and I wasn't going to be able to find a deal. Then I went in to Subaru to see Devon and he was super helpful and friendly, did not try to push me into anything like most dealerships, and gave me multiple options. I walked out with a new car that was more affordable both with the payments and gas, that was a four door. I will definitely go back and buy all my cars from this dealership.
Great service, great car - Tara Wynne
My husband and I were in the market for a used car for our daughter. We just happened to drive by this dealership so we stopped to take a look, not having much information about any specific car or the brand. We were greeted by Andrew and by several other staff members. Andrew was great; he asked about our needs, budget, and preferences. He showed us several great cars and pointed out some great feautres. We immediately settled on the SRX. Andrew never pressured us to buy a car (first day at going to dealerships); he focused on the great features of the car and overall benefits of the Cadillac and John Elway's reputation. Over the next few weeks, my husband and I looked at several other cars (Acura, BMW, etc.) but in the end we came back to Andrew. During that time, Andrew had kept in contact with us to let us know what was available. He was never pushy or overbearing; he was a nice blend of assertiveness and patience. I have bought several cars over my lifetime but Andrew ranks #1 in my book for salesmanship. He is truly an asset to the dealership. When it is time to buy my next car, I definitely plan to return, hoping that Andrew is still there. I would also like to add that the other staff members (Tim Martinez and Warren Barber just to name a few) were equally professional and helpful. Some of the staff brought snacks to my kids and kept them busy as the car buying process can be lenghty.
Denali purchase - Aly123
Chris and Bre were fantastic to work with. Both were very professional and not pushy. They were able to find a car that worked and make the numbers work when other “big” lot dealers couldnt. I will definitely return here for my next car and give their name out to my friends, family and aquantiences.
Service: None. Bill: Big. - MountainMan
Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
Still haven't contacted me - alibubba43

Horrible customer service - CO-girl
Very rude staff especially the manager Travis. He was extremely rude and told my sister and brother in law to go to pueblo next time for their service after they showed him a picture to prove that something was taken out of their car. (They have had this issue before so they always take a picture before dropping off their vehicle.) the manager also tried to shove a twenty in my sisters face to get her to drop the issue. Will never ever go to this place or recommend it to anyone EVER!!!!!!!

We recently had had a very pleasant experience with this dealer. We had been looking for a car locally for quite a while, then decided to go online to find the car we wanted. We found a beautiful car at Red Nolan Cadillac that fit our wants. Put a $500 deposit down, told Linita we were headed down there from Montana.
We were about half way there, when I got bored, brought out the iPad and looked at the posting of the car we were headed to buy, when in the middle of the description I saw "Front Wheel Drive" My heart sunk. Why didn't we see this before. We never considered anything but an AWD. I didn't know if I should say anything to wife wife right then or not, as we were driving through some slush at the time. Well she was able to keep it on the road after the bad news.
I told her we need to call and make sure this is correct before making a big decision, because we have found numerous inaccuracies in most online descriptions. We were just going by the dealer photos for the options we wanted. It got to be that we were not even reading descriptions anymore.
We are writing this review, because although we didn't make a deal with them and Linita put a lot of effort into this, they understood and completely refunded our deposit.
Thanks Linita and Red Nolan Cadillac.
I have been to several dealerships but this has been the... - proudchevyowner
I have been to several dealerships but this has been the worst by far. The level of service I have received has been outrageous. Each time I have been in for repairs/maintenance in the past six months both parts and service manager have been outside smoking and I had to wait until they were finished with their break before they would even acknowledge I was there. This is not to mention the times that I called for an appt. and got no answer. Most of which I made the calls from across the street just to see if the two were outside smoking when my calls were being ignored. And guess what? Low and behold neither was behind the desk. The other part of all this that was so frustrating is I got charged $89.44 for a simple remote reprogram for my key transmitter. I understand things cost but it is flat out UN-PROFFESIONAL to charge someone $89.44 for five minutes of work and give someone free mount and balance on a set of tires simply because they are a friend of the service manager. The reason I came to know this is while waiting to make payment I overheard the conversation between the customer and Aaron. The only part of this whole ordeal that was enjoyable is the technician was friendly upon returning my keys. It seems to me like the managers of that department need to be taking some ethics lessons from the mechanics. Overall, I would rate each of my visits along these same lines and would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like a human being.
