The buying experience was very smooth and professional. Randy was extremely easy to deal with and Justin did a great job of explaining the financial particulars. Overall a very satisfying experience.

My new Cadillac CT6 - CadillacQueen
I had a wonderful experience and Collin was the most pleasant salesman I've ever worked with. He treated me with respect and was patient and understanding of my needs. I highly recommend Collin for anyone wanting a Cadillac in the Denver metro area.

THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE IN OVER 40 YEARS OF CAR BUYING!! - A Noori
This review is for a purchase in May 2018 for a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV CPO with 11K mileage. I am writing this review now due to many out of pocket costs I am incurring even though the vehicle is still under warranty. This dealership sold me a piece of junk and have not offered one shred of help regarding this purchase. Thank goodness we had a great service adviser who tried their best to help us.
Lenny was our salesmen, but at the time he was new so Jason also assisted with our purchase. They knew I needed a vehicle desperately for my business and took advantage of the fact. At one point my wife and I were encircled by 5 different sales people all pushing high pressure sales tactics. They low-balled my trade-in, a beautiful last gen black ESV. Jonathan who did our financing dropped the ball several times during our deal. He ignored my request to put the vehicle in my company's name. The APR % rate he promised was a lie, it wasn't until after the paperwork had been done I realized our rate was 6% for a CPO!!! He assured me he got me a great rate and I admit me trusting him was a huge mistake. I'm not upset about the rate as much as I'm upset about the fact I found out after the deal was done. I admit, he got me good.
Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, I emailed Ron Goodman (manager) about my issues with the product and the deal we were given along with all the added maintenance. Ron had emailed me back to bring the car for service to see what he could do. After bringing the car in for my first service ever, I sent him countless emails and phone calls with no avail. He didn't respond and it felt like a slap to the face. He offered no help, no relief, no responsibility for his brand or his product. The tires are bald at 30K, the rotors were replaced, the transmission worked on, and now suddenly the battery died and needs to be replaced all at around 30K miles. I took care of the battery myself, why waste my time when I have to drive from Aspen about 4 hours to Denver and waste my time at the least helpful dealership in existence.
They also denied my request for reimbursement for the brake rotors as well. Cadillac themselves issued a letter saying that the 2017 models suffered from a faulty brake booster and required more pressure on the brake pedal than normal to stop the vehicle. I am certain my rotors failing and this faulty brake booster are related. After speaking with the service manager in so many words he basically said "Not our Problem."
John Elway should be ashamed to put his name on such an awful product and dealership. I own multiple Mercedes and Infiniti vehicles and I can proudly say Cadillac will never again be a brand I consider nor will I ever step foot inside John Elway Cadillac. The absolute worst experience of any dealership I have ever purchased from. 1 star is too generous!!!!
THEY SHOULD BE FORCED TO SHUT THEIR DOORS AND BANNED FROM EVER DOING BUSINESS AGAIN! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! BEWARE!!!
Regular Maintenance Appointment - Vlcrowell
Super easy and efficient to make an appt, easy checkin and check out, and very professional, honest & efficient service. Makes the chore of routine maintenance much less stressful.
Very friendly and helpful - Adrian
Miikel Salgado was very friendly to me and my family in finding the perfect car with a responsible price would recommend coming to Ghent and asking for mikel for help finding a new vehicle

My wife and I just purchased a new Acadia from Wilcoxson. We were greeted immediately by John Gutierrez and treated like old friends by him and everyone else we met or dealt with. Even Bill Wilcoxson came out and talked with us while our financing was set up. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel at home. No pressure. We are not big on haggling and wheeling / dealing and we feel we got a great deal with no stress. We highly recommend this dealership and John G. in particular.
Service department is excellent and honest! - Shayne
I have always received excellent service at Dellenbach (GM and Subaru). Work is done right the first time, reasonable pricing, and no crazy up-selling. Recommendations are made where service is warranted now or down the road. I do most of my own auto repairs and I know they are shooting straight with me!
They are a 10 when it comes to service. - Lilith

Service: None. Bill: Big. - MountainMan
Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
Very poor service! - Pontiac owner
Went in for a very simple recall and came out screwed. Very rude and arrogant. After my issue they stated they would change their policy but it doesn't do me any good. This was the first and last time I will ever go to them for anything.
I have been to several dealerships but this has been the... - proudchevyowner
I have been to several dealerships but this has been the worst by far. The level of service I have received has been outrageous. Each time I have been in for repairs/maintenance in the past six months both parts and service manager have been outside smoking and I had to wait until they were finished with their break before they would even acknowledge I was there. This is not to mention the times that I called for an appt. and got no answer. Most of which I made the calls from across the street just to see if the two were outside smoking when my calls were being ignored. And guess what? Low and behold neither was behind the desk. The other part of all this that was so frustrating is I got charged $89.44 for a simple remote reprogram for my key transmitter. I understand things cost but it is flat out UN-PROFFESIONAL to charge someone $89.44 for five minutes of work and give someone free mount and balance on a set of tires simply because they are a friend of the service manager. The reason I came to know this is while waiting to make payment I overheard the conversation between the customer and Aaron. The only part of this whole ordeal that was enjoyable is the technician was friendly upon returning my keys. It seems to me like the managers of that department need to be taking some ethics lessons from the mechanics. Overall, I would rate each of my visits along these same lines and would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like a human being.
