Past service related experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Westminster have not been very good, but recently (2025 - 2026) we have been working with Aaron Frankovich as our Sprinter Advisor, Aaron has given us a MUCH greater feeling of satisfaction by successfully addressing issues that we have had since we owned the vehicle but in the past had been ignored by the dealer. This review is more for Aaron than the dealer, I hope he continues to be available to us in the future.

Car advertised as CPO but found out that in fact it wasn't as I was completing purchase. Manager took some money off price but after purchase, car issues requiring repair or replacement keep popping up. Previous car purchase was great and was the reason I came back for another car. Deceptive sales tactics ensures I won't be back.
