When buying a car (new or used), we're used to having to gird our loins and step into battle. The two-and-froing is typically exasperating and an ordeal. We were both very pleasantly surprised by our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Denver. We had several options for a Toyota commuter - from Toyota dealerships close to home - but we opted for MB of Denver due to their responsiveness and the fact that they listened to what we wanted and were very accommodating. It was worth the drive. Our salesman Mark was phenomenal; understated, professional and respectful of our time. That applies across the board to everyone we met - from GM Emily, Mark, Matthew and Jacob. Superior service.

Car advertised as CPO but found out that in fact it wasn't as I was completing purchase. Manager took some money off price but after purchase, car issues requiring repair or replacement keep popping up. Previous car purchase was great and was the reason I came back for another car. Deceptive sales tactics ensures I won't be back.
