My Jeep had an issue and had to be towed to the nearest Jeep dealer who was Fitzpatrick’s which I had not been to before. My dealer where purchased and others could not look at it for a day or two. Tracey had set me up for a loaner and when I got there I explained the noise to the service manager who immediately brought my car in and solved the problem. Tracey and the service manager were excellent and are an asset to Fitzpatrick’s. They will now have my business.

Normally recommend family friends everyone to go here they are good in sales the service department over charges for parts agreed at set prices and includes labor. Then gives a invoice months later after our last recorded phone calls and text messages stated I stil have credit left. Anything that is non stock item must be paid for up front and this shows here someone is trying to reach some numbers. Otherwise place is great in and out everyone’s nice this really upset me to have to post this due to showing loyalty going to them over anywhere else on top of friends and family. I told the service manager when he said there’s a open balance I need to look back at my calls and texts and I’ll get back to them he calls immediately 4 to 6 times I have in my call logs each day. I was traveling do you think someone has that first on their mind to read over someone else’s mistake. And he knows I’m there almost every two weeks for oil change and tire rotation but plays it like I didn’t even come in saying I was traveling and would get back to him. Trust me I have recorded calls and texts from when my truck was gonna get work done or parts ordered oh parts on back order no update let’s not call him he will call and follow up. Not happy at all. Sales is finance is magnificent though. Mark in service is very responsive someone needs to create a system to alert customers when parts arrive not his fault it’s whoever is in charge of that department the service manager again. Paul is very friendly the quality of work comes out good it’s mainly quality of keeping customers informed. Not adding extra to a agreed price with proof of text messages too and calls.

On 7/7 I brought by Jeep in for an oil change at 8 am, 9:45 I walked back to service department to check on how much longer it would be. My Jeep still had a hour wait to even get looked at. I was the only one in the waiting room the entire time. If they were that backed up you would think they would have said it was a 2 hour plus wait. I had my Jeep in for service for a front end issue a while back . I picked it up from that service. I still heard a funny noise coming from the front end. I told my husband, he jacked it up and took off the tire. To his surprise they left a pair of vice grips on the tire arm. I will never buy or recommend Gengras Jeep/dodge to anyone for service or buying from this dealership.. The reps behind the counters are rude as well. Very poor dealership.

Update- Joe, one of the owner’s, called to apologize for the experience we had with his family owned business. He acknowledged we should not have been charged for services that were not performed and refunded those charges. He let us know he spoke with the technicians involved who explained their difficulties they had with our vehicle. He let us know the different scenarios that might have happened.

They did work on my car and it was done incorrectly according to a third party mechanic.
I could have had a serious accident because of the shoddy work they did.
They won't fix it because it's out of warranty, even though the job was done incorrectly by them initially. They even admitted they made the mistake.
I was warned about this place, now I know why. They don't care.

Mechanic hooked up his phone to my Bluetooth in my Jeep so he could talk to his friends and they tried to charge me $175 for that. Only 1 employee had a mask on. Service department is terrible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Bought a certified Grand Cherokee end of August beginning of September from Ellington. Today 11/4 I picked my car up from service for the 3rd time. One issue is intermittent but my new car will not start and I’m afraid of getting stranded somewhere. Today I was asked if I am pressing the button properly and then told “well maybe you have a Wonky buttton” So now that I have been treated like a dumb female my question is, if this is an ongoing issue I am having and your telling me it’s a wonky button, why would you not change said button. I have had 5 push button start cars and even a dumb female such as myself knows how to press a button and start a vehicle. I am quite upset with this service Dept and would never buy another car from them

I was involved in a collision with my brand new truck over a year ago and when I got it back from Dario the body shop manager my hood was mis aligned and there were numerous paint defects from the painting that was performed on my truck. The plastic in the wheel wells was also not buttoned back up properly. Upon pickup, I pointed these issues out to Dario and he didn’t want to help so I had to get the General Manager involved. I scheduled a meeting with him and he was very rude and sarcastic to my wife and myself, however, they did make right and repainted, aligned the hood, and buttoned the plastic back up for a complete finish. I picked up the truck and I thanked them for making right on the mistakes. They are my local dealer and I just gave them another shot at my service business for two recalls and now I am noticing rust around my sensors on the rear bumper. I brought the truck in and they told me they would take pictures and send them to Ram for a warranty claim. Almost 3 weeks went by and I never heard anything back ? I then began to call every day until I finally reached the dealerships warranty person Eric who was quite pleasant and assured me that Ram accepted the claim and I could drop the truck off on Wednesday to be repainted. Wednesday morning I got a harassing phone call from Dario telling me that my business was not wanted and that I need to bring the truck elsewhere !!! If this is the level of service that this dealer provides I suggest you look elsewhere

They never should have changed the staff in the service department. Complained that there is something wrong with exhaust/emissions last 3 or 4 times I was there. Engine light comes on for the second time in as many months. An emission problem they said. I also needed my emissions test done at the same time. They did the test BEFORE checking why the engine light was on and my car failed the test. There were other problems that I'm sure were there on my previous visits that all of a sudden they found. I took my car to another mechanic and he found more issues than Robert's had told me. This mechanic told me also that I yes indeed do have an exhaust issue even though Robert's service manager told me he checked himself and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Evidently unless your check engine light comes on and a code comes up on the diagnostic to tell them what to do they can't do a thorough inspection on their own. Take it to a self owned mechanic and he thoroughly checks the car and finds the issues by actually looking for them. The price of fixing all of the actual issues is so high that I will be looking for a new vehicle when I least need to be. I have been a faithful customer for over 12 years but with such disrespect for me and my vehicle I will be looking elsewhere for my new vehicle. Loyalty obviously means nothing here.

The Worst Service Manager -Tim Pamby and Worst Service Dept - Disappointed
We have life time service warranty and jeep still under manufacturing warranty. We had paint bubbling on leading edge of hood. Dealershiper would not cover repair. We were told that since we did not buy the jeep from Pamby Motors we should take it back to where we bought it. That is not how jeep warranty service works. Tim Pamby refused to look at our jeep or honor warranty. We called Jeep Chrylers Fiat Customer Care. The issue that we brought to Tim Pamby about the paint bubbling is a problem across the board with Jeep/Chrysler/Fiat products stated by Customer Care Rep. We were instructed by customers care rep to have Pamby Motors take a picture of problem and have them submit paperwork to have jeep/Chrysler cover repair because this was a manufacturer recognized problem. Tim Pamby refused to take pic to submit claim to jeep/Chrysler. Jeep/Chrysler/Fiat Rep had to call Pamby Motors to address the issue and they refused to work with Customer Care Rep. Jeep/Chryler/Fiat Customer Care Rep got us an appointment with another dealership and they looked at our issue and said that the bubbles on our hood are clearly what jeep/Chrysler/fiat manufacturer knows is a problem and it will be covered by the manufacturer. New Dealership took pictures and did paperwork for claim and with in an hour we were contacted that the repair would be covered by jeep/Chrysler/fiat. Pamby Motors gave us a quote of $1500 to do repair and they said it would not be covered under any of our warranties or manufacturer warranty. This is upsetting when the issue we reported is a manufacturer issue that they are aware of and will repair if the dealership would have just issued the claim.

I called on December 22nd with an issue where the car would not shift in to gear. As I had an extended warrantee I purchased through Papa's with the vehicle, I had to call someone else to get the issue taken care of...weird. I called as instructed and had the vehicle towed the same day to them.
After hearing nothing by late the next day I called and they had to go find the car. No one could even verify it had gotten to them. They were to call me back, again nothing so I called back again. I had also asked about a loaner while the car was in, i was told they don't have loaner cars available.
(Without going into how extremely calling the service department is, EVERY CALL GOES TO VOICEMAIL AND NO ONE RETURNS MESSAGES!!!
They let me know parts had to be ordered but they would be in the following Tuesday.
On Wednesday since I had not received an update I called to see if parts had arrived. After calling multiple time and of course no return calls from voicemails, found the parts arrived and the vehicle would be ready late the next day.
SUPRISE, no communication to let me know if the vehicle was finished and no return calls when I called late in the day. I finally reach someone on Friday after leaving pointless voicemails telling me that this is a huge job and it will be ready tomorrow. Again, no answer the next day so I waited until later on Monday to call, leaving more voicemails.
After the lack of follow up and the voicemail drama, I called Jeep and lodged a complaint and I did get a call later in the day telling me the vehicle would be ready the next day and they suddenly want to give me a loaner...apparently they do have loaners.
The next morning I get a call from a new service tech taking over the account wanting to know what needs to be done!!!!
The car was ready later that day and I did get a call from the Dealership Manager and Service Manager after I emailed in apologizing.
95% of calls roll over to voicemails which no one returns is extremely frustrating to a client and entirely unacceptable.
I also have an issue that the service techs would not answer questions about what was being done, if the work was started etc....
In researching the Service Department, my experience was not an isolated one. It seems they have a track record of poor service on the Service end of the business.
I will not be returning to purchase or for service.
