I bought a Subaru outback about a month ago. I’ve been trying to contact and get my dashboard that has never worked fixed for about two weeks now and I can’t get people to return my calls or emails regarding this issue. It is very frustrating because my dashboard will not turn off and all it does is glitch and it’s very distracting. I cannot believe I can’t get someone to call me back or help me get this fixed. I’ve had the car for only a month. It’s been doing this for 3 weeks.

He is the best and I have never doubted his word when he has advised me what needed to be done over the years. Excellent collision center and EVERYONE is extremely friendly. The front desk was so helpful and answered all of my questions when dropping off our SUV. Our contact was Fred and I can't say enough wonderful things about him. He kept us update on the progress of the work being done on our SUV. He was forever dealing with the insurance company as they would leave items off of the repairs and this cause the repairs to take longer. He made sure he got back to the insurance co. same day to help expedite the process and also contacted us. I would definitely recommend Auto Nation Collision Center Oviedo to any and or everyone. Thank you for the excellent repair and it looks new again.

The service depends on your advisor. My last visit, I used a different advisor and received a dishonest assessment of needed repairs that totalled 3k. I went to a reputable mechanic that charged me $600 for all needed repairs and noted that I had an oil leak for sometime that Honda service did not report which created problems. I have never missed a service appt since purchasing my vehicle from Johnson Honda in 2016.
