He did an excellent job explaining the issues and resolving the problems. First class facility and service. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. RJB

After picking up our car which was in service for 2 weeks, Michael Cabrera was oblivious whoever left and stored filthy Land Rover car mats and a sun visor in the trunk of our Jaguar Ftype. He didn’t care! We went back to the dealership to return them!! The car when completed for service for 2 weeks was very dirty inside. Unprofessional, poor correspondence. In addition, our first loaner car he gave us an awful wrangler Jeep. We had to swap it. He then demanded we give it back car to swap another car. We couldn’t, we were out of town. He was very unpleasant about this. We called Enterprise, and they told us it was okay. We eventually gave back the loaner to swapped another car with a different service rep. Not a good experience here at a high end dealership. We purchased 3 vehicles here in the past, and sadly had an unprofessional service rep.

I brought my 2024 Caddy Lyriq in for warranty service on 4/3. My service manager was William (Bill) Kegan. Bill had arranged for a Lyriq loaner while mine was in service. The service took 1.5 days because there were a number of software updates that were needed. Bill sent me a text when my car was ready and I was able to pick it up in the afternoon on 4/5. The car was completely washed, cleaned, and charged (it's electric!). I would highly recommend Dimmitt Cadillac and William Kegan for service.

I have had the worst experience with this Land Rover on Orange Blossom Trail. I have been going here for over a year since I’ve gotten my Range Rover. I got my brakes AND rotors done in my rear on Nov 2022. I went in because my car was making a noise when I braked. I assumed my front brakes just need to be changed as they weren’t changed around the same time and possibly my rotors. I first want to start with the phone call I had with the receptionist who told me I can’t come in until 2 weeks because they have no availability so I asked if it is okay to drive my car for two weeks with it making this noise. She told me it is because the humidity and the Florida weather that can cause my brakes to make noises. Which that was already the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard ever but that’s not even the worst of it. I then was able to get in sooner because I had her go to a manger in regards to it and they got me in sooner. They take a look at my car and tell me I need to get all new rotors and brakes on all 4. Weird because I just got my brakes and rotors done in Nov 2022 rear end of my car and it is Sept 2023. My front ones are understandable completely but my rear when it’s only been 18k miles since then…. MANNY is his name the advisor who was assigned to me keeps telling me that it could happen and it’s actually happened to someone who bought a BRAND NEW RANGE ROVER …. That must of been a lie or maybe not even .. anyways I get my dad on the phone for me because I feel completely hopeless I can’t even trust the dealership.. my dad gets on the phone and speaks with manny. We get on the line with the manger who was super nice and helping us out and even he said that manny was incorrect. My front brakes at 6MM my back at 7MM per manny … that’s not enough to mess up my rotors which the manger agreed. Long story short if I did not get my dad involved or know about my car I would have been scammed for 3k. Absolutely disappointing especially when I am driving a car that is not cheap. I took my car and going to another dealership I am completely in shock and so disappointed.

AFTER THEY ORDERED THE HYDRAULIC LIFTS FOR THE BACK DOOR & I BROUGHT IT BACK, IS WHEN THEY ULTIMATELY NOTICED THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN HIT IN THE REAR DOOR & I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT. I ASSUMED WHEN I COULDN'T GET THE REAR DOOR TO GO UP OR DOWN, THAT THE STRUTS WERE WORN OUT. BUT THEY SHOULD'VE CHECKED THAT OUT! NOT JUST ASSUME THAT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS! IT TOLD ME, THEY HADN'T EVEN CHECKED IT OUT! IN THE END, I HAD YOUR BODY SHOP DO ALL THE BODY WORK REPAIRS & I AM HAPPY WITH HOW IT WAS REPAIRED.

I was extremely pleased with the service and efficiency provided to me by service advisor Gustavo Palacios. Not only he helped me and was able to take care of my issue with a technician within few minutes. But his demeanor was courteous and professional.
