He kept me updated on the status of my truck throughout the day and was always friendly on the phone. He notified me that my front brakes needed attention and that they were covered in my service contract. Check out was easy and quick. They will handle your insurance issue or claims professionally. They will never give you a problem while waiting for you car repair to be finished. Unfortunately, these was my second trip to them in less than 2 years because of accident that’s why I knew them so much by now. Got on the road and tried to use the radio and the same thing happen , return back to the service department and found out that the park was on order I should have never left there without knowing that the part was on order, the reply that I received from the maintenance tech was it would be here in three or four months. I went online and found out all they had to do was order the part and it could have been there the next day . I don't know why they want to give me a run around on a warranty part

Had issue with steering, went to multiple ford dealers not one could find a issue. Autonation’s mechanic was able to find the problem. The problem came from the customer service which was horrible. They lie, they do not communicate with you at all. If you need to find out the status of your vehicle good luck getting ahold of your representative. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for service at all!!!!

VERY COSTLY SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY ......
On Friday, 6-11-21 we took our 2013 MKT to North Florida Lincoln dealership in to have it checked before traveling and taking the car on the road. Not that there was anything visibly wrong with the SUV, it was just customary for us to have the car checked before traveling.
Later that day we were told they will need to order a part, to replace the radiator's hose that appeared to be damaged. We agreed to wait until the next day to travel to have the radiator hose replaced before traveling. Again, the car was running great, it was taken in to have the fluids checked before traveling.
We picked the vehicle up on Saturday, traveled about 3 hours before stopping at a truck stop to take a break. Upon returning to the SUV, it started but would not move, then begin violently shaking and the engine light came and stayed on.
We contacted North Florida Lincoln dealership and was advised that they could not assist us because the service department was closed and would not return until Monday. Be mindful we had just picked our car up. We spent over $730 having the car towed back to home, along with paying someone to come and pick us up.
On Monday morning, North Florida Lincoln had the car towed to their service center. On Monday, the part they replaced was a fuel module, which we were told couldn't have been their fault, so after spending over $800 for the Saturday and Monday service on our vehicle, which I recently had on the road for over 1400 miles without any issues, I just don't believe what happened is just coincidence or was not related to the service we received on Saturday, 6-12-21. This vehicle is mostly only used for traveling and again there were no visible problems before they installed the hose or worked on the SUV. In addition, the vehicle was released to us on Saturday advising us that the vehicle was ready for travel.
Why wasn’t the fuel module issue found before releasing the car to us on Saturday? I have been taking my vehicle to North Florida Lincoln for service since 2015, but after this experience, I will find another place for my service needs. We are in the process of looking for an additional Lincoln, it will not be purchased from North Florida Lincoln or maybe not a Lincoln at all due to this experience.

Since I started to take my truck to that place for service, I realized that they do not do things well because the air caps of the tires began to disappear, they left the oil drain screw loose and my parking lot got oil of the house, they keep me all day to do a simple maintenance of the truck that I have to do there for the guarantee because if I do not do it I lose the guarantee, I have paid for special services such as the change of transmission oil that do not appear in sun files so that way they recommend doing it over and over again.
