Michelle Trippi did a great job. She listens to my needs and we came up with a plan that worked for both of us. The part was ordered and once received, prepared for installation, she called me and I came this morning at 8:28 am and the job was done and I was out the door at 9:30 am. That is what I call customer service to the highest level. Great job to her and everyone on her team to bring my visit to a happy ending.

minutes later AC quits and engine overheats. Fan belt is still on.My guess is pre delivery at King left something on top of engine that fell and wiped out AC clutch and waterpump? I call King. They said call Hyundai roadside assistance. Roadside says about 90 minute wait? I would have thought King would have sent someone with a loaner and their person would await roadside assistance? Nope, apparently at King Hyundai once they have your money, all those service promises turn to dust. As an aside, our sales person, Harry was courteous and professional. It is the management that falls short. I would recommend avoiding King Hyundai in Deerfield Beach.

They will handle your insurance issue or claims professionally. They will never give you a problem while waiting for you car repair to be finished. Hi, about 2 1/2 yrs ago I was at that point where I had to start over from. Scratch. It happens to everyone at one point or another. Well I was below that. I had bad credit, no legitimate work history and working a minimum wagejob that I had only been at for 2 months. ABC put me in a car the same day, I was able to get insurance thru them and do my Tax/Tag/Title all in one day. Since then the finance department has been helping me and working with me tremendously. I work with Joanna,she is the supervisor of the financing department. She has been there to help me thru my rough patches and totally rearranged my payment schedule to coincide with my pay schedule. She is so great that by her doing that for me it makes me fall into the late payment bracket by 2days but because she already knows it will be paid on the Tuesday after the Friday that my payment is due. Well she waves my late fee every single payment. See when u sign the contract that is ur set scheduled payments in there system it can't be changed. But she is a reasonable, understanding, compassionate woman that has empathy for some ppl and certain situations. So here I am going on 3 years into my loan only one more year to go and my car will be paid off. I'm not in the rear on any of my payment and have a $0.00 balance and I owe it all to Joanna,(Superior in Financing). If u read this Joanna, thank u for everything you have been more then flexible with me.
