I had an excellent experience working with Christina to determine the best way to fix a scratch that was the length of the vehicle, taking into account cost and insurance options. Ultimately, the Crown detailing department buffed out 95% of the scratch and avoided the much more expensive route of repainting. Appreciated the great customer service. Would recommend.

My family and I were on the way home from vacation, on a Saturday afternoon, and our van had some issues that needed immediate attention. We were able to limp in into the dealership and made connection with John. John sat with us for a couple of hours at the dealership and kept us company as we waited on a ride. John tried his very best to help us out of the jam we were in. We even suggested trading the van so we could continue on our journey home. But John actually detoured us from trading because it would not be in our best interest. Yes, it would have helped us out in the moment, but not for the future. John also went the extra mile and helped me get our luggage out of our vehicle so it could be transferred to the vehicle when it got there to pick us up. John had also called service on Sunday to get them up to speed on what they would be facing Monday when they got in.
On Monday when I called to get an update, I talked again with John and he filled me in with where they were at and to give me an idea of when service would call to let me know what the problem was. Jim called and let me know that it was an update for the vehicle and it was ready to go.
When we got back to the dealership to pickup our vehicle, John walked me where I needed to go to settle up and get on my way.
If I were not 1,000 miles away from the dealership, I certainly would not take any business anywhere else. John not only went the extra mile, but several after that to help us out. John has the best interest of the customer in the forefront of his mind and actions and it shows. He could have very easily taken advantage of us in our situation, but he wouldn't even consider it. Like I mentioned before, he talked us out of trading because it wasn't in our best interest.
I certainly would recommend John Keefe and I wished I lived closer so I could actually purchase a vehicle from him.

I purchased my 2020 challenger from University Dodge [you can read my review of their terrible treatment of me on dealer rater also] in late May. There were several issues with the car that I expected them to repair as this was a new car and shouldn't have had the issues it did. Long story short university dodge, basically refused to acknowledge or do most of the repairs. After almost 2 months of getting the run around, I contacted Dodge corporate.
On the same day I called Arrigo Dodge to speak to the service manager [Robert Corman] to see if they could possibly help me with some of the issues. Robert said he'd be happy to look at the car and see what he could do,so I made an appointment to meet with him. When I showed up for the appointment He promptly had the car put on a lift and took me into the service bay and we went over the issues I had with the car. He said some of the work could be done under warranty, but the other issues could be problematic do to the fact that they weren't the selling dealer. He introduced me to John Marrero and said he would handle things for me from this point on.I had at this point been contacted by Dodge corporate, who had agreed to pay Arrigo for the extra work. After a little back and forth Arrigo and Dodge worked out fixing the car.
This is going to be a garage kept, weekend car. I was concerned about the repairs causing more damage than it fixed. I expressed my concern to John, who said they'll take good care of my car. John called me saying they had the parts to fix the car and asked when i want to drop it off, saying they would need the car for a few days. I dropped the car off on Tuesday, John called Thursday afternoon and said the car was ready. I picked the car up on Friday morning, John took me out to the car and went over everything that was done. I looked the car over, everything looked great.. I asked that the car not be detailed after the repair[ i was concerned about scratches in the paint]John said they didn't detail it as requested, John told me if there's any problems let him know. All the repairs done were done perfectly, I highly recommend Arrigo Dodge.
I can't say thank you enough to John, Robert ,the guys that worked on my car and Arrigo Dodge. They were happy to fix what the other dealer stuck me with, and had no obligation to. Arrigo Dodge is lucky to have People Like John and Robert
working for them. I will forever be a customer and tell everyone I know that Arrigo Dodge is the dealership to go to.

Brought my Durango for shifting issues, this bogus dealership claimed to have fix a noise under the hood of the vehicle although there were absolutely no noise whatsoever under the hood. They charged me over $2000 "to fix the noise" but the shifting issue still persists. Got my vehicle back with exact same issue as before I set foot in that bogus place. No money back for "repairing" where repair wasn't needed and they wanted to go forward with replacing other parts that is causing the shifting issue I brought the car to them in the first place. These scammers took over $2000 from me for absolutely nothin.
