I LOVE my Cadillac! At first I was skeptical about the service department, but about 9 months ago, Q showed up & started kicking xxx & taking names in the Service Department. He personally takes care of me & my car now. Calls back when he says he will, follows through on action items, and even calls afterwards to double check! I finally feel like I own a luxury brand automobile! I can’t say enough good about Q, or my salesman, Patrick, who has also become a friend. I like feeling that I really do matter!

couldn't get my escalade to dlrship,,so servive director,mike marifino brought me a cadillac to drive and took my car in for service.brought it back washed,serviced andoffered 2 recommendations to avoid problems in the future.BEST TREATMENT I'VE EVER HAD....PERIOD.THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PROVED IT TO ME.I NEVER ASKED THEM TO GO THIS FAR,JUST WHAT THEY DO.

The buying process was excellent. Everything else was trash. They have given me the run around about fixing my car since the day I purchased it. Finally received the full report from the service department and find out that my car was not NEW even though the paperwork says it is.
Great customer service - short
I found myself in Macon, Georgia for work in the midst of Hurricane Michael. One morning I left my hotel, intent on getting to the jobsite to continue providing critical backup power for the area hospitals. As I approached my field service truck I noticed with a sunken heart that my window was broken and upon further inspection realized that all of my tools had been stolen and my truck door had also been bent whenever the thief pried it open. I was very distressed of course and after filing the police report and notifying my employer I sought out a dealership to repair my vehicle.
My truck is a Chevrolet product. I could not find a Chevy dealer close to me to drive with broken windows so when I approached the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and explained my situation, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were happy to fix my vehicle. The staff at Hutchinson went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only did they source a window for my vehicle and get it installed the next business day but they treated me extremely well. I am from out of state and now just realizing My whole livelihood had just been stolen. The staff at Hutchinson assured me that they would keep my truck locked inside the dealership overnight while they waited for the window to be delivered and they secured a loaner vehicle for me for the time period they had my truck.
I was very impressed by all of the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and I would encourage any person to go there for their vehicle needs. I will also be getting my new vehicle there too.
Beware of Service - BassMan
Traveled three hours to this dealer to look at a used, hard to find luxury car. Opened the trunk and found the spare tire almost floating in water. Service manager stated it was a known issue with car model - faulty tail light seal. Deal was to replace seal, replace carpet and deliver to us. During the 9 day wait for delivery received a phone call that seal was installed and they were doing a water test with a person inside the trunk. Received another call that new carpet was being installed. Upon delivery did my our water test, water still coming into the trunk and discovered carpet was cleaned, not replaced. Could have driven 3 hours back to dealer, but decided to You Tube the issue. Got in the trunk and had water sprayed and found the issue was one nut missing from a screw behind the carpet in the trunk/quarter panel area. Bought a nut, installed it, TA DA no more water leaking. Now, ask yourself, what kind of water test could they have done. I tend to believe it wasn't done because someone laying in the trunk could NOT have missed what I saw.
Two visits--Tried to sell bogus repair: (Read Review) - Bob
I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.
2017 Cadillac Escalade - Lockwood
I purchased this vehicle new in 2018 and had trouble with it from day one. When you make an appointment to bring it and it always take 3 weeks for them to get a loaner vehicle. This happened twice, then they tell you they moved you to the top of the list so give them a good rating and the problem is never fixed. I sold the vehicle just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. Now it's been 6 months and I'm still trying to chase down Steven Crawford warranty refund and he is never available and no one else can xxxx me. I even went into the dealership waited over 30min to see for a him and he never came out. This is such poor customer service, but they want you to buy a car from them, they give Cadillac a bad name.
Terrible Sale Service - davis14
My husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle. We were very serious about it since we were having to drive so far. The greeting was terrible. We did not even know the young mans name who ‘helped’ us. We told him the truck we were interested in. He said ‘What do you want to know about it?’ Very odd way to put it. Also, it was pouring down rain that day. He grabbed himself an umbrella (we fended for ourselves). Instead of offering to pull the vehicle up to the building, we had to walk out to the lot. It was the small things. They definitely did not want to sell a vehicle. He said the prices are ‘concrete’. I understand that but it was $2,000 over retail. Also, if you aren’t going to negotiate on overpriced vehicles, you need to have better service than that. Terrible experience. I would NOT recommend to ANYONE. Service emailed us and we explained all of the above to them. You could tell they were not concerned.

Generally, I hate car dealerships and love to screw with them if I think they are trying to take me for a ride. I wanted a Cadillac and went to my local dealer. The car I wanted was not in stock so I suggested that we go inside and get an order in. The second I sat down, the salesman plopped a credit app right in front of me along with a pen. That along with some other questionable sales tactics gave me a bad gut feeling. I walked out and drove to Hennessy.
There I met Justin, fresh in the business but a very nice guy. We got the order in, no credit app in sight. After getting everything hashed out over the span of two to three visits, I met his Sales Manager, Angela. A stunning person with great knowledge. The process was quick and simple, only hampered by me trying to make a decision between a couple of trim packages and colors.
No arguments, no games... hear me now and believe me later, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Out of the twenty plus cars I have purchased in my lifetime; six of them in the past five years, I can only say good things about four of those transactions.
Normally, I despise F&I guys aka "Business Managers". I met Jordan a few times and had absolutely no drama. This guy is a straight shooter, no BS and a very nice guy. The last F&I guy I dealt with was the total opposite of Jordan trying to pack my deal. This experience was very refreshing.
Another great experience with Hennessy was the fact that my request that I not be harassed via phone or email was honored. I am still getting automated emails from that other Cadillac dealer to date. I just delete it, like I deleted their credit app.
No deal is ever perfect, there was a couple of hiccups in the process but that made this team launch into beastmode and they got everything fixed and back on track in no time.
I would have no issues refering this trio to friends and family members and will not hesitate to buy a car from these guys again.

Had vehicle for service, which was suppose to covered under extended warranty,(confirm by Jacob), no work done or replied back for 5 days and comes to find out, he misunderstood warranty coverage and didn't do work or call back to let me know about no service done. So in total my chevy sat there 2 weeks with no work done. Would rate negative 3 if there was option. Stay away from this dealership, they like to take advantage of being only chevy dealership around.
