Sometimes Bad News Still Deserves Five Stars I understand how important reviews are to the next person trying to decide whom they can trust, so I wanted to take the time to write this one. I brought my 20-year-old Cadillac DTS to Hennessy Cadillac after seeing a special they were offering for a diagnostic inspection. I have never been in the habit of taking an older car back to a dealership, so I really didn't know what to expect. Unfortunately, the inspection uncovered considerably more than I was prepared for, and the cost of putting a 20-year-old Cadillac back into ideal condition was well beyond what I could reasonably spend. What impressed me most was how I was treated once that became obvious. There was no pressure and no attempt to make me feel uncomfortable because I wasn't going to authorize thousands of dollars in repairs. Instead, I was treated with kindness, compassion and respect. They provided a detailed inspection, video and written report that gave me information I genuinely needed to make an informed decision about this car. Then, knowing I wasn't authorizing the repairs, they washed and vacuumed my Cadillac and returned it to me without charging me a dime. That may sound like a small thing, but it wasn't small to me. This particular DTS has sentimental value, and getting difficult news about a car you've had an attachment to isn't particularly fun. Hennessy handled the entire situation with professionalism and genuine kindness. I went there expecting a diagnosis. I left with valuable information, a beautifully cleaned car, and considerable respect for the way Hennessy Cadillac treated me when there wasn't a big repair bill waiting for them at the end. When the time comes to shop for another vehicle, Hennessy will certainly be a dealership I remember.

I recently picked up my new Cadillac Escalade IQ from Classic Cadillac of Atlanta, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. This dealership is immaculate — it truly feels like you’re walking into a five-star hotel. The showroom is spotless, with luxurious touches everywhere, an awesome barista-style coffee machine that makes a perfect cup, and bathrooms that rival any high-end hotel. The attention to detail in the facility is second to none and immediately sets a premium tone. What really made the difference were the people. Austin Fort and Pat Brooks were fantastic sales professionals — personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. They walked me through every feature and detail of the Escalade with genuine enthusiasm and patience, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. When I had additional questions, Tom Murry (the top dog there) was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering everything clearly and making me feel completely taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the service I received. If Classic Cadillac of Atlanta continues to deliver this level of excellence in sales and (hopefully) future service, they’ve earned a customer for life. Joey, my Service advisor was so awesome. He kept in contact with me about my experience with the dealership and every step of what was going on with my auto repairs. He did all the foot work with my aftermarket warranty company and saved me thousands in cost . I can’t say thank you enough to this man. Received the Silverado back after a transmission replacement and other services & Joey called me said the truck was ready for pick up but he wouldn’t be there that day so that told me he did this on his personal time . Now I ask who does that anymore ? I can tell you Joey does. He stated the truck was tested and runs like a dream . When I picked it up another gentleman took care of me who was also very nice. He had my truck pulled up to the door and the A/C cooled down in the truck before I stepped into it. Can’t say enough about this Dealerships Service department. I visited Heyward Allen today for the first time. I was greeted by the very kind receptionist holding the door open for me when I arrived. She immediately started looking for a sales agent for me and apologized it was taking longer than expected. All the agents were working with customers. The wait was worth it. As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn’t quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! After going to many other dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people I was very appreciative he didn’t try to push me to buy the truck or try to upsell me to something I couldn’t afford. Needless to say he won my business and I’m a proud owner of a new, used 2020 Chevy Colorado! I’m also impressed with the gentleman, Sean who helped us with the Financial aspect of the sale. We told him what we had for a down payment and about how much we needed the monthly payments to be. He made it happen with no back and forth negotiation which was very pleasant. Straight forward deal. I found the deal online. I was able to quickly get a price work up remotely. I looked at the car vs others in the area and found it was compelling enough to not negotiate it. Since we needed a car that day, we found the convenience factor of working with somebody who just lists a decent price right up front compelling. Even though it was a 1 hour 20 minute drive, we decided to trust Chris and the team and to come and buy the car. We're glad we did. It was the least painful experience I've had at a dealership.

I bought a new Mazda from this dealership last year and was promised 5 free oil changes. When I went to use them, I discovered that only 3 had been applied to my account. Since then, I’ve tried calling, leaving messages, emailing the finance manager, and even going in person, but after being told it would be rectified, I never heard back. It’s been three months of follow-ups with no resolution and no response. What makes this especially frustrating is that I didn’t have to drive 45 minutes to this dealership for my oil changes, but I did every single time because they asked me to since it supposedly helped with their retention metrics. I did my part to help them, and in return, I’ve been ignored and left without the service I was promised. I don’t recommend this place. There are plenty of other Mazda dealerships offering the same cars and better service.

Operator refused to transfer me to dealership manager!! Have dealt here for several years. Will NOT return there for many reason!! Buying elsewhere.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This dealership has no customer service. They get your money and then will not return calls or have any communication with you.I bought a car online and paid for it. After that I could not get any timeline on when it would be delivered. I live in Tennessee and finally went to pick thee car up. On arrival the car still was not ready with the dealership knowing when I would arrive. There was a door ding(scratch) on it that was not repaired. I agreed to get it fixed and be reimbursed. I can’t get any answers about reimbursement on the expense of repairs. The temporary tag is expired and neither Nate nor Steven will return calls to get another tag issued. My county clerk has not processed the title. I have had a very poor experience and do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I am preparing to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This was my first time to buy a car online and it will be my last. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
