Don’t hesitate to work with Justin and Jim Ellis. We hate the process of buying vehicles, the high pressure sales dance is exhausting. Justin, met my husband at the end of the work day to show him the vehicle we had found on their website. No expectations or pressure that evening during the test drive. He answered the rest of our questions by phone or text and we finalized the purchase electronically four days later. The truck was delivered to our home. We felt like their most important customers. Just wanted to do my due diligence to tell people how awful Jim Shorkey Mazda Gainesville customer service is., they will not stand behind warranties that they sell a.k.a the $1500 warranty for the interior protection for my Mazda CX 5 , they refused to stand behind it and my wife had to argue for 8 hours before they finally agreed to do something but by that time they had my wife crying because Mr.Engle so rude and disrespectful . Don't fall for there games, lost customer for life and I make sure I TELL EVERONE I KNOW abut how horrible they treat ther customers after they sell them a vehicle .

We just purchased our first truck from Riverside. We went to quite a few dealerships looking for the perfect new truck for what we were needing and looking for. Riverside made the process super easy and smooth. They offered us a comparable value for our trade in compared to other dealerships. Even though they didn’t initially have a truck like we were wanting, they informed us of a truck they had on the way that was just what we were looking for and more. Their sales rep Judd was super easy to work with, kept us updated the entire time while we were waiting for the new truck to arrive at their dealership (only took a few days) and made the whole process super fast and easy and he was very willing to negotiate and work with us on everything. The truck came in today and he informed us as soon as the truck arrived on their lot and we drove there, test drove it, looked it over and finalized everything and signed the paperwork. Super excited for our new ride. Thank you Riverside for being so easy to work with.

Misdiagnosed problem on my Cadillac. Tried to sell me more parts that were NOT defective. Then it took nearly two MONTHS to get my refund. Couldn't get call backs. Operator refused to transfer me to dealership manager!! Have dealt here for several years. Will NOT return there for many reason!! Buying elsewhere.
