Kathy has excellent customer service skills - TRANSMISSIONHERO
Took my Equinox in for my routine oil change and Kathy checked me in and was very nice. You could tell that she had a million things going on, but she still helped me as if I was the only person asking for her assistance. Upon inspection, I needed two new tires, as well as a rear alignment. She tried to find me the same tires that I currently had, which she could not, but she got me right in for my alignment after I went and got tires elsewhere. She is very professional, and nice at the same time. I also have dealt with Kathy with my business, and I get the same great service each time! Thank you Kathy!

They Lied - Larry
While purchasing a 2018 vehicle from Franklin Chevrolet, the sales lady, I will call her MC, promised my wife and myself that she would get us a a second key fob for your vehicle, which we put $10,000 down on, this never happen. I have called the sales lady and customer service to no avail. They simply don't care!! The other game they played on us was after setting up an appointment and driving over 50 miles to get there, they conveniently let someone else drive the car home for a test drive the night before and they hadn't returned the car. This car was listed for over 70 days on carguru and all of a sudden the car showed up as we were leaving, this was obviously a ploy to make us interested in the vehicle. So if they try this on you, tell them you want to take it home to for an overnight test drive also. Pissed off in Hinesville Georgia.
Bought a new truck - Rsbj
The price Heyward Allen has on their website is the real price unlike other dealers I have visited. The sales team got my family and I in and out pretty quick. No strings attached.
first time buyer found y’all on car guru - Karen2019
Phil Irvin went out of his way to help us and get us the best deal.and stayed until financing was finished and set up my blue tooth for me
Slow Service - KD
Very poor services for a Cadillac dealership, almost 3 hours for an oil change. Would not take my vehicle to this dealership for service if there was another Cadillac dealership in the area. Not the service quality one would expect from a Cadillac dealership.
Horrible Experience - P B Smith
I was shopping for a GMC Yukon Denali and found one at Classic. Unfortunately, of the 10 weeks that I owned it, the service department had it over half of that time. It ran rough and had serious transmission issues. The Cadillac manager said they would make it right, but making it right in his eyes was selling me a new Escalade. I contacted Brian Long, the GM and he informed me that in the 10 weeks since purchasing the vehicle, it had depreciated $4,500 and he was "willing to give me a $1,500 credit" towards a new Escalade!! I bet so. After exercising the patience of Jobe, I finally went to another dealership and traded the vehicle. It is not like I did not give them every opportunity to make the situation right. The vehicle they sold me should have been sent to the auction, but they chose to sell it. The last time it was in for service, I called Quinton, the Service Director, and told him it was still running rough. He said he would research it and get back to me. Have you heard from him? I haven't either! Not only did I buy it and the extended warranty at almost $4,000, they were paid $2,000 by GM to repair the transmission. They kept making money off of this sale all the while trying to avoid me and not taking any responsiblity. The only person who ever returned my call from this dealership was my service writer, Walter. It always took numerous calls to talk to anybody. After hearing the exasperation from the GM about my situation, he asked me what he should do. I told him to exercise the integrity and moral character that I practice in my everyday life and to treat me like he would want someone to treat his wife. He chose to do nothing. I say avoid Classic Cadillac at all cost.
Disappointed - Nume124
The buying part was a pleasure but the dealership has faired to live up to their promises, I was promised new tires and another key fob....got 2 new tires but never got the key fob and they won't return my calls now.
Awful. Worst car-buying experience of my life - Flabbergasted
First of all, it took over three hours for a cash sale, no financing. And we only got out then because I stood up and told them I was leaving and they could keep the car. They said they'd send someone with the paperwork the next day to me to be signed. The guy showed up over 30 minutes late and all the documentation was wrong. They said oops, sorry, we'll send someone again tomorrow. Almost a week later we finally get the proper documentation. We refused to sign some of the pages because there were things on the vehicle they needed to fix. We took the car in a couple of days later and they've had it ever since. It's been well over a week, they still have the car, and no one can even be bothered to give me a call back after I've called several times daily. Stay far away from this dealership. By far the worst car buying, or anything-buying, experience I've ever had
Beware of Service - BassMan
Traveled three hours to this dealer to look at a used, hard to find luxury car. Opened the trunk and found the spare tire almost floating in water. Service manager stated it was a known issue with car model - faulty tail light seal. Deal was to replace seal, replace carpet and deliver to us. During the 9 day wait for delivery received a phone call that seal was installed and they were doing a water test with a person inside the trunk. Received another call that new carpet was being installed. Upon delivery did my our water test, water still coming into the trunk and discovered carpet was cleaned, not replaced. Could have driven 3 hours back to dealer, but decided to You Tube the issue. Got in the trunk and had water sprayed and found the issue was one nut missing from a screw behind the carpet in the trunk/quarter panel area. Bought a nut, installed it, TA DA no more water leaking. Now, ask yourself, what kind of water test could they have done. I tend to believe it wasn't done because someone laying in the trunk could NOT have missed what I saw.
Horrible - Waste of time 123
I was interested in a truck they had online so I end up talking with 3 different people and told at least 2 of them I was doabled. They asked me how long before I could be there I told them it was over a 2 hour drive for me and they called me about half way there to see how far I was but when I got there no one seemed to want to help me then I was told the truck was not ready for sale because the a.c. didn't work among other things I had my financing already approved and was ready but didn't get the truck they were supposed to call me when it was ready never heard a word from them then I find out its sold. Really...... Great way to do business
Two visits--Tried to sell bogus repair: (Read Review) - Bob
I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.

I have had a great experience over the past 2.5 years.... - uga59
I have had a great experience over the past 2.5 years. They have gone over and above the call of duty when I have needed anything. I have never had a better experience with service and overall relationship with any other dealer!
Most unprofessional & unreliable staff - Grab
Had vehicle for service, which was suppose to covered under extended warranty,(confirm by Jacob), no work done or replied back for 5 days and comes to find out, he misunderstood warranty coverage and didn't do work or call back to let me know about no service done. So in total my chevy sat there 2 weeks with no work done. Would rate negative 3 if there was option. Stay away from this dealership, they like to take advantage of being only chevy dealership around.
