i found the car online from classic cadillac Atlanta but i live in south florida. 2012 srx. our salesman was pat coughlin. we spoke many times over the phone about the car. he answered all my questions over several days and he sent me many pictures and video's of the car.. he was very courteous professional and pleasant to talk to and a very fair negotiator, and we are happy with our final price. we flew in from south florida and found the car was exactly as he described to me over the phone. there were no suprises. pat "big country" actually went out of his way to have a pinstripe added to the car and added a cargo rail, the car was detailed and full tank of gas for our trip home. we had a safe drive back to south florida enjoying the car..
i highly recommend this dealership and pat "big country" as your salesman.

My mother, who is 83, really wanted a new car and loved the Encore. We stopped by to look and walked out with a beautiful little car. She was so excited! Took my Equinox in for my routine oil change and Kathy checked me in and was very nice. You could tell that she had a million things going on, but she still helped me as if I was the only person asking for her assistance. Upon inspection, I needed two new tires, as well as a rear alignment. She tried to find me the same tires that I currently had, which she could not, but she got me right in for my alignment after I went and got tires elsewhere. She is very professional, and nice at the same time. I also have dealt with Kathy with my business, and I get the same great service each time! Thank you Kathy!

Minnie Cooper has truly changed. I previously purchased 7 vehicles in the past and felt that I received decent service. I purchased a 2019 GMC DENALI OCT. 2019. I totaled it 2 weeks later. She loved getting the commission, especially since I purchased a replacement truck just like I had before. These trucks are 70K each. I am sure she really loved the commission. I had a list of options that were promised to me. I called and called. NO RESPONSE. Once in a while she would answer and hang up on me. I would text & my wife would text her, No Response. I went into the dealership which is about 50 miles away, only to have her raise her voice and refuse to talk to me. I had to speak with her manager. Peyton Crosby is wonderful. He made things happen. I will not be doing business with Minnie Cooper again. Beware, once she makes the sale, she doesn’t want to follow through on things she promised in the deal. Her loss. If I could Rate Minnie Cooper and give her 0 stars, I would. She is a big disappointment.

Got wind of this dealer on CarFax's web site. Had already made plans to buy a vehicle from Carmax in Morrow-they never responded. We drove to Macon (45 min. ride) to look at a comparable car and were not disappointed at all! John Hall was awesome in getting everything together for the completion of the sale and Dan in finance was just as awesome in putting together a better deal than we had been promised at X. We were very pleased with everyone at the dealership and if the occasion arises in the future, we will check with these guys to make a vehicle purchase.

This whole operation as a dealership seems in shambles - from the used car lot to the parts department. No one over at the used car lot; have to walk a block over to the new car lot to talk to anyone; then over there, they are not very helpful. Can't seem to get a part in at parts department. I predict you will not stay in business long - can't have all these problems and remain viable. As with another reviewer, you all are 0 for 2 with me and once I ever get this part in, will not deal with you any more.

I called Wednesday 29 July 2020 and was given an appointment for our 2017 Silverado for a check engine light for transmission problems. I was scheduled for an appointment on Friday morning 31 July at 9:00AM. Upon arrival I was informed there were 15 vehicles ahead of us. All I asked for was to get it troubleshot so we knew where we stood. I didn't hear anything all day so I followed up at 4:30PM. The lady I talked to in the service department "Elise" was no help and after she put me on hold for a few minutes I was then sent to someone else's voicemail. I didn't leave a message and called back and asked for the service manager "Brandon Carter" or the sales manager Brad Williams or my original sales representative David Harned but my original check in guy "Blake" called me and said he would check on it and call me back ASAP. It's now 7:45PM and nobody ever called me back. The fact that nobody ever called me back doesn't come as a shock at all because this happens every time we have ever brought anything to the service department at Five Star Chevy. I've bought several new and used vehicles from this dealership over the years and it's always the same story. I'm fed up with this crap and unless something changes I will be happy to travel to Atlanta for all my future purchases and service. The dealership that appreciates my check book will get my business from now on. Additionally, we were never offered a courtesy loaner vehicle...!
