Purchased my Honda Ridgeline from Heritage a few months ago. Had no problems initially purchase process was smooth, fast forward to today 4/15/21 and I’m without a vehicle. The problem started about 2 & a half months in when the truck alarm would start blaring for no reason at all, nothing on it, no one near it etc. the alarm would just blare. I called and spoke to my salesperson DC who said it could be the key pod & to change the battery in it, so I did. It stopped for a few days and then started back up again and the trucks dashboard started lighting up and making a static noise then it would stop and the Honda symbol would pop up. I called DC again and he told me to bring it in I was given a loaner and they had the car for about a week. I got the car back and was told they didn’t see anything wrong with it, a few days go by with no problems then it starts up again alarm blaring, dashboard fluttering and car making a static noise. By this time I’m afraid the car might explode because I have never seen a vehicle do this, I call Honda on Jonesboro Rd this time cause I don’t know wha else to do and they schedule me for the following day, but I had to take it to them that day because it wouldn’t stop. Honda diagnosed the problem and it needs a new keyless entry panel and another part which total over 1000.00$ I sent video of the problems to DC and also the diagnosis Honda sent to me and called him but he couldn’t assist because he was going out of town, I have called Mr. Rosella twice and had a message delivered to him and have yet to hear anything, in the meantime I’m without transportation on a vehicle I just bought and still have to pay for! Needless to say I’m not impressed by the product or service of Heritage Cadillac and would not do business with them again!

Horrible customer service, the sales person Matthew Thopre I worked with told me via text message that he would hold the vehicle I was looking at while my credit app was being processed. They ran my credit multiple times without my permission (i agreed to one credit pull) and then sold the car all before communicating to me my approval. One of the finance managers Katy Franks, hung up on me because she didn't do her job. The multiple times that I called in for updates she would always say the short staffing is the reason for the lack of communication.
Im not upset about them selling the car, it's the disrespect and lack of professionalism.
I reached out the the general manager Josh Jones to speak to him about what occurred but he never returned my call.

I finally found the vehicle that I was looking for at Capital Cadillac. The salesperson Charles Lea and Finance person Ronnie Reames were extremely helpful and very professional. They made sure that I was comfortable in purchasing the vehicle and that everything was taken care of to my liking prior to purchasing the vehicle. This is by far the best dealership I have dealt with when purchasing a vehicle.

Teri underwood in finance is great as well! She talked me into an extended coverage on my first vehicle and all since and glad she did! Went there to buy a new Escalade. Do not buy a car from this company! They told me the vehicle would be $20k over sticker. I laughed! I got in my car and called Capital Cadillac in the parking lot of their dealership. I asked them if they are marking up a new Escalade and they told me they do not sell cars over MSRP. So I drove over and bought an Escalade off the showroom floor and saved the $20,000 markup. This is a very bad practice considering I buy a new vehicle every year. Save yourself the shady dealings and don’t go there?

When I purchased the Buick Enclave the sticker price and online price net price was 39, 855 after the GM discount was applied. My net price changed to 42,479 in finance and I was told my payment would be one payment but in finance I was told the sales manager made a mistake he didn't knew what he was doing. While in the finance office the numbers where not discussed so I'm under the presumption I'm getting what the vehicle window sticker said. So I went back the next day to discuss my concerns and wanted them to fix the problem. I spoke with the GM who told me that the numbers was right and I explained thats not true so he gives a free 3 years maintenance to fix the situation. I was told the finance company has the deal so there was nothing could be done.. The situation is not fix and I told him ya'll gotten over on me but the truth of the matter is they only escalated this situation. So is there a select few that the net price goes up for are is this Franklin's practice for everyone. I'm going to get in touch with consumers FTC and the DMV. I will never recommend anyone to do business with Franklin and I will let as many people know you all practices. " UPDATE " I just received a call from the GM being unprofessional telling me I'm wrong and he's hurt by my comment. I explained I'm hurt how they switch the net price. They didn't delivery on their moto they Lied and was unethical. I even gave them a chance to fix it. I told the GM I was taking this further and his response well you go right ahead. I told him to have a nice day and bye. I wish I known before now this is Franklin's Chevrolet Buick GMC standards I would had never pull up on your lot.
